The proprietor, Stela, is an amazing lady. She is a holistic teacher, excellent at both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. Her sound immersion classes are wonderful too. Finally, Stela is a kind and beautiful soul, lovely to be around.

I cannot say enough good things about Atman Yoga Center. They are a hidden jewel in Seal Beach that offers authentic experiences. My favorite class is the Sound Immersion. This meditative experience has aided in stress reduction, improved my mood and sleep.

Wonderful experience at Atman Yoga Center with Stela. Stela provides a tranquil space for yoga, meditation and breath work. Perfect for a small group of 2-3. Stela is pleasant and accommodating and goes above and beyond to create a safe space of comfort to guide you through the process. Highly recommend, especially to those who prefer more intimate spaces as opposed to a class full of people. Yoga, breathwork, sound immersion and tea. Perfect place for a reset. I brought a friend from out of town to take a private Kundalini class. Stella is fantastic. She personalized our experience and we both left feeling so renewed. I also brought my mom for a private sound healing session. It was fantastic. Very quaint Seal Beach gem of a yoga experience. I have continued to take kundalini classes on my own and feel so renewed after each class. Highly recommend!

I’ve been practicing Yoga, Mediations and Kundalini for over a decade now and I have to stay that Atman Yoga Center is by far the best center and has provided me with the most exceptional experience. Owner Stela goes above and beyond with her knowledge and quality of what she shares with her students. I have also taken classes along side my nine year old daughter and it was magical. I highly recommend this center and I also recommend considering doing intimate group sessions with loved ones like I have done. I am currently planning to do one with my husband! Can’t wait!
