The girls performance program is the perfect bridge between recreational academy classes and competitive team. My daughter loves learning new routines and being able to showcase every season. I love that we don't have to travel. My daughter gets to invite all her friends and family can come watch.

They offer adult gymnastics here!!! The space is huge and there's so much variety to practice on. Both the owner of BGA and Osofit (Adult Gymnastics) are super sweet and knowledgable on how to achieve your goals. They have open gym on Thursdays where you can go and work on whatever you want with her guidance!!

BGA has been so good to us! Coaches are patient, yet hold the kids accountable. Coaches are very focused on the kids and what they are working on at all times. We absolutely love BGA!

BGA is the best place in town for gymnastics!!! They have a GREAT competitive gymnastics program/training. This is the place to go of you want to seriously develop gymnastic athletes. They teach high level skills, they teach the kids to set personal and attainable goals, work hard, and see it through even on the hard days! Highly recommended!

The boy's team coaches are incredible. Not only do they individualize the athletes' training programs, but they also teach life lessons along the way. My son has learned leadership skills and goal setting that will serve him well for a lifetime.
I look forward to watch as the gym adds more services and puts the finishing touches on the facility.

All three of my kids take classes here. I have one in rec, and two on team and I love the family friendly atmosphere that they learn amazing gymnastics skills in. BGA is the best gymnastics facility in town; and we have personally tried out the other two gymnastics facilities. I highly recommend BGA!

Matt and Ben are coaches thinking of the lifetime of the athlete. He pushes when needed and has patience when needed. I’ve had good and bad coaches and it means the world to me that my sons have this place and these coaches. My boys are here for the long term.

My son Cruz started at BGA September 2022. He transferred over from a different gym in town where he was also on their competition team. The progress he has made in the last few months has been incredible. The coaching from Coach Matt and Coach Ben have made all the difference in the world. He went from losing interest in the sport to falling in love with it all over again. He says he loves the challenges he faces at practice and never wants to miss a practice. I can’t wait to see him grow further at BGA

Best gymnastics and dance academy in town. Especially in gymnastics, Coach Matt and Coach Ben are excellent teachers. They pay attention to the details and use progressions to allow the kids to reach their potential.

What a great team of coaches! They are passionate about what they do and they do it with precision. And everyone is treated like family. My 7 year old gets excited about every session, she loves the enthusiasm and spirit each dance and gymnastics coach brings.

My sons, ages 11 and 6 are competitive gymnasts at BGA. We are at the gym 5 days a week, and my boys would go every day if they could. BGA offers a quality gymnastics program focused on a strong foundation and continual, measured progress. The coaches always know what my boys are working on and what their next goals are. My boys are challenged, encouraged, and held accountable for putting in the work. I believe this is why BGA has nationally ranked, elite gymnasts, on their boys team. Coach Matt is invested in the success of his gym and athletes, and it shows in every aspect of the program. Highly recommend sending your kids to BGA.
