The instructions were clear. The series of poses were an interesting combination. The pace was faster than what I could keep up with, but I enjoyed your class. So glad I did this program, Alicia. Amazing that after 61 years of Yoga, there is still more to learn. I am sincerely grateful.

I attended alicia's meditation class and it was exactly what I needed. I was feeling anxious before the session and with her guided meditation and intention slow stretching, I was able to alleviate the anxiety. Thank you so much for the space!

It was very easy to join and book my first class. Vanessa led a beginners class that was great! Nice studio with the normal extra things you need as a beginner. Great experience here plan on many more classes!

I really enjoy the high quality, tradional classes here. Not only that but this is the only non-heated yoga studio that I have been able to find within Bakersfield! My only surprise is that more people don't seem to know about this place.

Wow! Probably the best class I have taken in years. The teacher sequenced the class intelligently and implemented use of Sanskrit. If you are looking for a more classical approach to your practice, this is an excellent spot!

Everything is good but timing is not correct for yoga...it should be early morning and early evening because wrong timing of yoga can be harmful

This is the most (and possibly only) authentic studio and classes that you’ll find in Bakersfield. All of the instructors are fantastic and the class sizes are almost always small and intimate.
