I conduct initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically well-fitted for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition.
I specialize in body weight exercises, utilizing progressive and challenging free weight compound movements.

BPF is nestled by the Railroad District conveniently located by the Smart Train. I started off with the private training + nutrition package and worked with Jess to meet my fitness needs. Jess is a highly qualified coach with multiple certifications in various arenas surrounding fitness. Prior to my first session I discussed exactly what I was looking to strengthen and improve, and Jess developed workout routines that were an ideal balance of comfortable and challenging. For nutrition, she sat down with me to discuss what my goals surrounding weight and health were. From there, she helped me develop a realistic/sustainable diet plan (down to the types of protein, carbs, and fats) that synchronizes well with my fitness goals . She is a great listener, excellent communicator, and vigilant coach/trainer. I would recommend anyone looking to start their fitness journey or trying to take their fitness to the next level to give BPF a try - you won't be disappointed.

(FYI, BPF also offers a wide range of classes and her unlimited classes monthly membership price is very competitive compared to other leading and/or private gyms).

I started working as a private client with Jessica as my personal trainer after I was really struggling postpartum. My body was extremely different than pre-pregnancy, my body image wasn't great, and I was so tired all the time. It had been about 2 years since I had properly exercised. I was very nervous about going back into a gym again. Jessica was and is amazing. She really met me where I was at. She focused on what I needed and helped me with my confidence. I am now feeling so much stronger and more confident in my own body and in the gym. I highly recommend Jessica as a personal trainer!

I have loved working with my personal trainer, Jessica, at Balance Point! Balance Point is a cute clean space with a variety of great equipment. It has a smart layout to maximize the space and provide ample room for working out.

Jessica has been my personal trainer for going on two years now and she is truly amazing! She is fun to talk to without being overly chatty and always gives me a great workout - I look forward to our weekly sessions! She’s helped me reach my goals of losing weight (lost over 20 pounds so far!) and gain muscle tone (my wife is amazed at the stuff I can lift now!). She is very thoughtful to accommodate my unique anatomy and modify movements to not exacerbate previous injuries. She’s very knowledgeable about the human body and has regularly helped me work through back/neck pain by giving my strengthening and mobility exercises.

I also appreciate her professionalism. She is easy to schedule with, quick to respond, and always on time for appointments. She is just all around awesome! Do yourself a favor and book a session or class with her at Balance Point!
