Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I love Barre 3 - it has been such a great workout. Very sweaty, and working muscles that haven’t been worked for a while!! I like it it’s a combination of weightlifting, cardio, and barre. The instructors are so positive and encouraging, and it’s nice to strengthen my body while having fun too!

I can’t recommend this barre class enough! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The instructor brings such vibrant energy to every session—it’s contagious! Each class is the perfect mix of challenging and fun, keeping you engaged while pushing you to get stronger. I always leave feeling accomplished and uplifted. A true gem of a workout experience!

Cute, clean studio. I've tried a few of the cardio and signature classes. Really like Rebecca and Haleh as instructors. Great workout (signature is my preferred format), though they tend to feel quite similar once you've been to enough. Have to supplement with additional (arm and back) workouts because barre3 ones tend to focus on lower body and abs.

I recently tried three different classes at Barre3—Signature, Cardio, and Strength—and each one offered something unique while staying true to the brand’s focus on balanced, full-body workouts. What I love about Barre3 is their emphasis on body awareness, balance, and adaptability. The instructors were encouraging and knowledgeable, and the community vibe was positive and inclusive. Each class offered something a little different, so it’s easy to mix and match depending on what your body needs that day.
Highly recommend trying all three if you want variety and a well-rounded fitness experience!

Awesome Studio! I was timid to go for a free class because I had not worked out in almost 30 years and certainly had never done Barre, but my fears instantly melted when I entered the studio. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and the teachers make you go at your own pace. I never felt overwhelmed or anything. Quite to the contrary: From the get go, I felt: Oh, Wow! I can do this. I highly recommend you try this out. Maybe its the perfect workout also for your. For me, it certainly is!

I've been aware of the Menlo Park barr3 studio for years, but never tired it until January 2025. I took advantage of the FREE class, and attended four more after that.
These are my first in-person fitness classes since COVID. The place feels clean, the staff and instructors are friendly and energetic.
So far, I've attended four Signature 60 classes and one Strength 45 classes. I liked them both, being careful to pace my self so I didn't get too sore.
Only complaint is, the music is too loud, making it difficult to hear the instructor.
I already feel stronger as a result of the work-outs. I'll definitely continue attending classes.

Sadly, my favorite yoga-Pilates instructor retired and moved back home to Australia. So I went looking for a new exercise studio and am very happy now at barre3 in Menlo.
What’s to like?
Great location. Excellent instructors. Nice, welcoming crowd. Lot’s of classes offered, so I can always find a convenient class.
What’s maybe not quite a hit for me?
The studio space is a little small (although I’m totally fine with it). The pace of the exercise moves are a bit fast for this medicare member. It’s reminiscent of Jazzercise. (Yes, I’m old enough to remember the 70’s).
Except for the music playlist (consider some classic Motown) I’m totally looking forward to my next class.

The classes at barre3 have been great. I like that there are different options for classes - 45 and 60 min, and cardio / strength / signature. Personally, I like the strength classes the best. The instructors are uplifting and welcoming. The studio is very clean and has a great vibe. The classes are different than I expected - they are not like the bar method (I've only ever used the bar once during a signature class) - but I am enjoying them, and always find myself just the right amount of sore the next day!

These classes have been an excellent way of restoring my physical fitness and mobility. I love the way the movements have helped my flexibility and relieved body aches and stiffness. They're also very uplifting. Every instructor has been great though I particularly enjoy the signature classes.

Booked an appointment I was 15 mins late d/t traffic. They don’t allow me attend the class and still charge me. Did not see this police on their website. Would never come back again. It was 11/5/2024 8:30 and I have never attend any free class it’s my first time. Of course I won’t use my real name on social media. It’s Barre3 Menlo Park location I wrote this review right in front of your store. I don’t mind you charge but why I can not go to the class I paid for?

My experience at Barre3 has been absolutely blissful from the time I stepped into the door. I was greeted by Ishy who encouraged me to join when I was a little apprehensive and helped me figure out what routine would best be suited for me. The two instructors who I’ve worked with so far Haleh and Kelly have been so encouraging and motivating on this new fitness journey and they have routines that make me use parts of my body I didn’t know were active ! Barre3 is the place to be!

What an amazing vibe these classes have! Every trainer have their unique style of taking the classes. Love the incredible energy during Signature 60 and Cardio classes and the balance/ focus they have during Strength classes. I got surprised when they end the session with quick 2-3 minutes of meditation and relaxation. Would highly recommend someone who is looking for group classes.

I am LOVING Barre3!! The people who work there are so kind and helpful and I’ve had some lovely chats with other clients and teachers. It feels like a nice community. The teachers give you a great workout with ways to make it harder, if you want, and ways to take it easier on your body, if you want. They always check in to make sure you’re taking care of yourself. I wish I could do multiple classes a week!! It’s also wildly convenient, since I live around the corner! And there’s easy parking in the lot. Highly recommend!!

I have had a fantastic experience at barre3 in Menlo Park! I'm only on my second week of classes, but I'm absolutely hooked - the entire community is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and the studio itself is very clean and inviting. These classes are challenging in a way that I haven't experienced before, but the instructors have made me feel strong and capable from the start, and with each class I continue to improve and feel more grounded. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Cannot recommend highly enough. I'm huge on getting value for your $$ on exercise classes - these are reasonably priced, great equipment and facilities, AMAZING instructors, and 1 hour long class for less than most studios charge for 50 minutes. Seriously I have been to Pure Barre, Alkalign, Bar Method, and seval pilates places in the are and this is the BEST!!
