Unresponsive to phone calls. Called at least 50 times to try to get a refund since mis charges from two years ago (starting July 2023).

Vincent Troung is one of the best kept secrets in Bay Area Fitness. Best trainer I’ve had. This gym is filled with well curated equipment one won’t see in main stream gym.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for TWO MONTH. There is NO WAY to cancel on the "pike13" website that Bayfront uses to charge members. Despite the presence of a "slider bar" that makes it look like you can cancel you membership it is IMPOSSIBLE. The support phone number they provide always goes voicemail and I have NEVER been able to contact anyone, and I have NEVER had my calls returned. The phone number they provide with the billing charge will not accept incoming calls!

Bayfront is a great gym.The vibe is noticeably different from any commercial gym, and I really recommend it. I see people powerlifting, bodybuilding, boxing, and training with coaches, every day, and it's really cool to see people progress. There is equipment for everything, including a good selection of cardio machines. The boxing room has really good lighting around 11AM-1PM in the summer, too, which is really cool, because of the overhead natural light.

One of the best gyms I have attended. The gym is complete with all the equipments one could ever need or never think would need. I love the vibe here, everybody is great and helpful. The trainers never shy away from helping one out. I love the part that no one pressures you to leave the gym in case you are a little late. The trainers are courteous to let you finish your workout and help you with exercises in case you might be doing them wrong. No pressure to enroll for a PT when you don't want to.
Really complecent of the new Covid guidelines. Everybody wears a mask and cleans up after themselves, the trainers make sure (in a very friendly manner) that everybody abides by it. Overall love the place and the people!

A few years ago, this place was like “Average Joe’s Gym” if you’ve seen the movie Dodgeball. Over the past year it has evolved into a gym for the variety of gym goers. If you’re a power lifter, like I am, they have power racks and platforms and enough bumper plates to fill the bar. If you’re a cross fitter they have tires and sledgehammers, weighted sleds, and TRX style equipment for more gymnastic workouts. If you’re just looking to tone, they have boot camp classes and boxing classes, and though I’ve never attended one, I see plenty of people leaving soaked in sweat. And of course, if you’re just there for cardio, they have a variety to choose from: treadmill, bikes, elliptical, ski machine, rowing machine, Jacobs ladder, and that bike with arms and the fan. And that’s just the equipment; anything you need, they most likely have.
The environment feels like an old school gym with touches of modernization. They are trying to keep up with the times and give it a hip look without sacrificing quality. The men’s locker room has showers with soap, and lockers that you can assign you own code to.
For those of you who are just starting out, they have a variety of training staff who are helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a standout, I would recommend Vincent, because he’ll make sure you get the results you’re looking for and is always punctual. He also has classes that he teaches so you can get in one of those just to get a feel for his style.
It is a catch 22 giving this review as this is a nice gym that not a lot of people know about, but this gym deserves praise for the way they’ve ran it and made it a great place to get a workout.

Unfortunately this place has problems with accounting and staff all the time. Only a couple of trainers are qualified to work with people. Waist of time with half of the equipment being old/broken and nobody around. The trainer are charging for premium facilities/education but all you get is below average product and services.
