About the Club

At BC Pilates & Massage we offer both massage therapy and personal pilates training by movement expert & massage therapist, Brandi Cunningham, here in Alamo, CA. Brandi is a STOTT certified Pilates mat & reformer instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. Brandi is also a CAMTC certified massage therapist and has been in the field of bodywork for over 20 years.

Our private Pilates sessions take place in the comfort of our open-air home gym, equipped with a Merrithew reformer, tower, chair & more! Sessions are specifically designed to keep you safe while challenging you to meet your individual goals.

Brandi specializes in therapeutic massage including deep tissue, sports massage and prenatal. An excellent complement Pilates!

Brandi has helped me in both small class sessions and 1-on-1 Pilates sessions as I work to resolve some hip pain related to a knee replacement surgery and improve my core strength. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also fun to work with. Her sense of humor and upbeat outlook make attending sessions with her a very positive experience that one looks forward to. I definitely recommend her.

Brandi did a 90 minute massage and it was after a workout at the gym so I was anxious to get the muscles relaxed. Brandi was great at explaining all the muscles and joints as she worked. By the end of 90 minutes I felt so relaxed. I recommend Brandi for your next massage whether sixty minutes or ninety, minutes, she is excellent and very professional.
