This gym is a great little private gym. Owner is super kind. It Has everything you need for a good workout in terms of free weights, cardio machines and resistance machines. They also offer private personal training, massage, and a makeup studio. The gym has a refrigerator that is available to members. Overall clean and intimate. Love the Bible verses on the wall!

What a great place to be during your fitness journey. Whether its just starting or you want to stay with your routine. Local private owned gym with all the equipment you need. Darren & Alohi are some of the most amazing people. You aren't just a face or member of their gym you are seen. They will get to know you and provide you the encouragement, positivity and motivation to keep you on your path and reach your goals.
If you haven't found the right gym stop in and check it out you'll be glad you did.

So grateful to have found Darren at Be Lifted for personal training! I’m a very unmotivated person and I need a trainer to tell me what to do without making me feel weak or unfit. Darren (the owner) has such an uplifting spirit and pushes me to the finish! He’s always so sweet and encouraging and I know I’m getting my moneys worth by how many reps I’m getting in on one session.

The prices for a 30 min and a 60 min session can’t be beat! I’m honestly shocked how affordable these sessions are with no commitment/contracts. Darren has worked with my schedule tremendously and I appreciate his understanding if I needed to reschedule.

I love that Be Lifted is a private gym because I’m not surrounded by a ton of people so no need to be anxious or nervous about how I feel/look.

I am excited to continue my journey at Be Lifted!

I love this place! I used to go to 24 Hr but since the pandemic I’ve canceled that membership and found a private gym. It’s never crowded, so no wait for the cables, the smith machine, the leg press, etc. They have a body scan machine so you can see the breakdown of what you weigh vs just a number on the scale. If you need a trainer or help with weight loss, they have trainers who can help. Finally, as a mom, they have a kids boot camp for my son so he can exercise too.

Hello all, my name is Molly I have been with this workout studio since they opened and I love the place and the owners. This is your neighbourhood fix away from the commercial gyms. I have worked out Bootcamp’s to CrossFit’s to Barre classes most of them super money oriented. I can tell you this is the most non-commercial and people focused workout place I have ever seen. The owners Moto is to uplift people from inside out with workout and dances. They offer a variety of services from private workout sessions to Bootcamp’s to nutrition and meal plans. Ladies high end Makeup is another great services here. Come join us here for our weekend nightclub workout vibes.
