About the Club

Become The Goal is a specialized back pain coaching and corrective exercise. We help clients reduce back pain, improve mobility, and rebuild strength through pain-informed training. Our programs blend mobility work, core stabilization, glute strengthening, and spine-safe strength development. I work with people dealing with disc issues, sciatica, old injuries, chronic stiffness, and long-term flare-ups. Every session is personalized to your movement patterns, pain triggers, and goals, with the goal of restoring confidence, resilience, and long-term pain-free movement.

I’ve had a serious back problem for many years, and I’m a chiropractor who specializes in severe back disorders. You can imagine how surprised and grateful I was when I met Jerry. I have learned things from him and he has helped me in ways nobody else has before. I highly, highly recommend him.

I met with several trainers before I decided to work with Jerry. He is not intimidating and seems to have clients from all walks of life. Jerry is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and how bodies move and work; he’s also really kind and personable. He will meet you where you are, but also knows how to get the best out of you. Which apparently for me requires a lot of squats!

Training with Jerry is a worthy investment in your health and well-being. You’ll wish you had done it sooner!

Working out with Gerardo is very motivating. When we finish I feel strong and energized. I had previously worked with a trainer that injured my shoulder and set back my health and fitness goals. But once I found Gerardo everything changed. He made sure to focus on working slow and helped me build a solid foundation to prevent injuries. This was great because I ended up needing a hip replacement. We worked for months to strengthen my body to bounce back from the surgery. It’s been a short time since my surgery and i’m back to doing lunges and moving like I did before. He knows so much yet always works to improve and learn more.

If you have a weight loss goal in mind then Jerry is the guy you need to see to "Become the goal". All I gotta say is that you'll see results with Jerry's workout and diet program. I was coming in at a fluffy 200lbs 30 days later I'm down 15 lbs, already seeing results! Imagine the insane transformation after 90 days? Jerry is definitely great trainer!!! Has open communication with everything and explains anything you have questions with. I've been going to the gym and for the last 2 years and still learning and he helped get in a better groove. I could skip my cardio and he won't be atmad me but will be straight forward to just jump back on the horse and remind it's ok to skip once in awhile but remind to stay on track. Also Im a big foodie and told me be honest with what I was eating that way he could help suggest alternatives that he likes or does with his own diet.
