Came in today 9/13/25 @ 12:30 noon. Lady at the front desk totally ignored my daughter and I. Come to find out, after standing there several minutes and she acting like we are ghost, I asked her if the owner Paul was there. Come to find out we were at the wrong place. However my daughter being into gymnastics was highly interested. But due to the way we were ignored, my daughter will not be a customer there. If only she greated or said hello, how can I help you. They must not want customers.

Terrible management and front desk staff. We signed my kids up immediately after their trial class a couple of weeks ago. The front desk had my card on file and asked if I could run it. She also went over the payment. I was told it would be the yearly fee and the monthly fee for both of my kids. I agreed. I confirmed that was all we needed to do and she said yes. My fault for not asking for a print out receipt.
I am 10000% positive I went to the front desk immediately after the class because the front staff told me that if I didn't sign them up within a certain time period my kids would lose their spots in that class. So we signed them up that day.
Today we go in and the manager announced, in front of the parent area, that I didn't register my kids after their trial class. "yes I did", I said as I'm walking into the office.
She proceeded to tell me, now with an attitude, that l didn't. I kept telling her that I did and she kept arguing with me saying "you may have thought you came up to the desk to register but you didn't." I get what she is saying that the kids are not registered in the system, but There is a difference between saying a customer didn't do something (after the customer is positive that they did) and being extremely rude about it vs. saying the payment didn't go through or there may have been a technical error with the computer. or what this manager should have said "I'm sorry, it seems like the payment didn't go through or there may have miscommunication about registering and I'll talk with my staff to ensure it doesn't happen again." But she stuck with the, "you didn't do it" or
"you may have thought you did but you didn't." This is terrible customer service practice and terrible management. I am stern but I am not a rude person at all.
I do not yell or raise my voice. I was clearly frustrated and making it the only point that her tone and blaming me is unprofessional and uncalled for. I have a lot of understanding for things happening such as bad days and technical difficulties but to argue with a customer and talk down to them and blame them for something that was the fault of the staff at the front desk for not ensuring the payment went through or following through with what she said she was going to do is unprofessional and a terrible way to manage. After I decided to not continue at this gym, I asked for the owners information. The manager continued her attitude and said I can email on the "contact us" email. I went to the front to get that email and she immediately said she has no contact information of the manager. Also, with a bad attitude. I asked her to write down the owners email and she rudely pointed to the company card and said I can email on the company email and she might see it there. I have a career in customer service and no way would I ever allow the staff of my business to handle situations like that. It's funny that this happened immediately after my husband and I were watching our kids stretching and noticed the coaches not correcting their forms. They were sitting down on their tablets. What's the point of stretches and growing as a gymnast if you don't correct the forms? That's where the fundamentals start like pointing your toes for everything and it doesn't benefit the stretch if it's not done properly.
This is a beginner class where all those things are important to learn. I guess this was a sign to stay away! If you have cameras in the building I suggest you listen to those and watch the videos to see how your manager was.
They represent your business. It Sucks because my kids liked the first class and wanted to do gymnastics here. It was close enough where we could go and we heard some good reviews. Unfortunately I cannot support a business with bad management and staffing.

If you’re looking for a recreational gym to introduce your child to gymnastics, Believe Athletics might work due to its affordable pricing. However, for families seeking a supportive, professional, and competitive environment, I do not recommend this gym.
The facility is often unclean and lacks proper air conditioning or climate control, making training conditions uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe. Athlete development is limited—once your child reaches a certain level, there’s very little opportunity for progression.
The culture inside the gym is one of the most concerning issues. Gossip, favoritism, and cliques among coaches and parents negatively impact the athletes. Coach Tayler, in particular, has spoken poorly to both athletes and parents and has contributed to the negative atmosphere by openly spreading gossip in front of kids.
Worse, when families raise valid concerns—especially around safety or inclusion—they are often dismissed or met with retaliation. We've seen situations where advocacy for a child resulted in that athlete being removed from the competitive team. Issues involving ethnic athletes have not been handled with the same seriousness or fairness as others, which is deeply disappointing.
Bottom line: Believe Athletics is not a healthy or professional space for competitive gymnastics. Talented athletes may find their progress and confidence stifled in this environment.

We have been with this gym for 5+ years, and we absolutely love it!! The coaches truly care about the athletes and it feels like a family there. Any concern I have ever had about things they have done, when I bring it up to the coaches, I feel like it is taken care of quickly or explained to me the reason behind their decision.

My daughter was a dedicated member of Believe Athletics for four seasons, participating in All-Star cheer as well as additional classes such as tumbling and private lessons. I will acknowledge the initial growth in her skill level during the first two years of her involvement. She remained committed to the program, rarely missing practices, and was honored with the head coach’s top award at the end of season three. As a parent, I was equally dedicated to the gym and the program, bringing in numerous families each season. I consistently advocated for remaining with Believe Athletics, even as other families chose to leave for gyms with higher-quality coaching.

However, during season four, my daughter was unexpectedly dismissed from the team. This occurred after I raised concerns regarding the punishment the athletes were subjected to—specifically, a punishable amount of burpees—following a competition they had won. I approached the head coach/gym manager with my concern and questions but her response was dismissive, and she is generally unapproachable regarding feedback. The atmosphere at the gym appears to be heavily influenced by her mood, which is often not positive or encouraging for the athletes.

I was informed that my daughter was dismissed due to my “repeated toxic and combative behavior,” despite never having been previously warned or addressed about such conduct during the four years we were involved. I had never been contacted for a meeting or given any formal feedback. In fact, when I requested a parent meeting it was denied, and we were charged a $600 exit fee.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Believe Athletics. The quality of coaching is inconsistent, with frequent turnover among coaches who do not stay long-term. The head coach/gym manager is unresponsive to parental feedback, and the gym owner allows this approach to continue without attempting to address concerns or improve the experience for families.

I’m a little disappointed after months of waiting to get in . There’s no air conditioning it gets incredibly hot in the building . No music. It’s almost lifeless in there. And the the coaches kind of go through the motions. The professionalism is definitely lacking

We've been with this gym since it began and it has grown so much! My daughters wouldn't want to go to any other gym, they love all the coaches there. Carlee and Tayler are their main coaches and they do a great job inspiring the girls without being too tough.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this gym! The coaches are not only amazing at what they do, but they also genuinely care about the kids, fostering both skill development and personal growth. The directors of the competitive teams are outstanding, always going above and beyond for both the kids and the parents. Their dedication is truly inspiring.

While it can get a bit warm in the summer due to the industrial building, I appreciate that they’ve installed lots of fans to help keep the space cooler. Plus, it’s entirely my choice to have my kids attend during this season, so I understand and accept this aspect.

What I love most is the sense of community and support from the staff and coaches. They create such a positive and encouraging environment that my kids thrive in. I can’t imagine having my kids anywhere else. This gym has truly become a second home for us, and we are grateful for everything they do!

Very rude and money taking coaches they will take your money and kick you off the team. Don’t waste your money my child cried for days because they kicked her off the team with no explanation on why they kicked her off they are awful people they do it for the money.

Very limited seating, and the ventilation/ air conditioning doesn't seem to work. On hot days it can get pretty bad and stinky. Otherwise I have no other problems with this place. Wish they would consider stadium seating and proper ventilation and air conditioning.
