Joining Benefit Body has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve been going for over two years now, and it has completely transformed me physically and mentally.
The BB team is absolutely incredible. You won’t find a more welcoming, encouraging, and caring group of women anywhere. If you’re like me and used to feel intimidated by workout classes, that feeling disappears the second you walk into the studio!
And the workouts? They’ll push you, challenge you, and kick your ass in the best possible way. But we always have fun doing it! As Nikkita likes to say, “Practice, not perfection.”

I found out about BeneFit Body through word of mouth while searching for a solid workout without the chaos of a crowded gym. From my first visit, I felt welcomed—and the workout kicked my ass. LOVE Benefit Body! I am not a workout person at all, but that totally changed when I found this studio a couple years back. The workouts are fun and challenging (think pilates meets cardio meets circuit HITT training), the community is lovely and so supportive, and the instructors and staff are the absolute best! I went from dreading moving my body to feeling so weird missing a workout! Come check it out- I promise you'll come for the workout, but stay for the vibes and community!

Worst Pilates studio experience ever! Arrived 4mins late and was told to wait to come in and when the clock hit 5min past start time lady said I couldn’t join class anymore. First time coming and was late since I got a little lost since there are literally no signs designating where it is! Will ensure that all my friends never go here, good job on following your ridiculous protocols!

I have been a member of Benefit Body for over 4 years. Through their encouraging words and phenomenal playlists, Nikkita (the owner) and the rest of her instructors continually inspire you.
Benefit Body has changed what was a lifetime of back problems for me. By strengthening my core and becoming more aware of my body in space, I'm able to live a much more active life, without back spasms keeping me in bed.
Benefit Body is my own version of "Cheers," where everyone knows your name and you always leave feeling better than when you entered.

I’ve been attending the classes for about a month now.
One time I’ve been late for 8 min since was more then 5 min I couldn’t attend the class. Even after I’ve told the instructor that it took me 40 min to get there. She still didn’t care.
Some people just don’t take to consideration that there might be a reason behind why I was late for only one time.
They have lost their clients and would never recommend anyone to this place.
Very bad careless customer service.
This is not how you simply treat people.

It has taken me forever to write this review because I’m not really sure I can put the Benefit Body Experience into words. Everything about this studio is exceptional. From the workouts to the instructors, every class is super challenging and designed to make your body, mind and heart perform optimally. If you come in expecting a traditional, reformer Pilates class, this is absolutely not it. You will however, find an incredible community filled with the most amazing, accepting and strong group of people from all walks of life that come together to support each other and do hard things. The physical reward comes only second to the emotional and psychological reward of being a part of like minded, motivated people.

I really love coming to Benefit Body. The instructors are positive and encouraging; they modify movements to your needs. I really love taking Nikkita, Nicole, and Aris' class. The classes consist of a variety of exercises from yoga to circuit training to pilates. I always leave sweating and feeling good. Very uplifting studio.

Benefit Body is the absolute best. I have been coming here on and off since it pretty much opened and I absolutely love it. I now come 3 times a week and have become so strong. When I can't come because of travel, I use the techniques they teach to maintain my practice. This week alone I did two things that I had never been able to do before, which showcases how strong I have really become.
One thing you should know is that this not your traditional pilates studio, they do a mix of cardio, yoga and pilates on and off the reformer, which is great because you never know what you are going to get when you walk into class, but you know it will be spicy, fun and challenging.
What I love most about Benefit is that the instructors are absolutely wonderful and encouraging. Just when I am about to give up, I hear "Christina, you can do this." They care, they know you...they remember your name and push you just a little bit more so that you can reach your potential. The owner, Nikkita, likes to say "I love you the most" to her classes and that really sets the tone.
But this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the community that they have built. You walk into class and you are joined by some of the strongest, most positive women (and sometimes a man) you will ever meet. We encourage each other, cheer each other on and love to welcome new people to the studio.
If you couldn't tell by now, I strongly recommend Benefit Body. The rewards you reap will be much more than a strong, sexy body.

Over the past 6 years Benefit Body has become my own little sanctuary. I walked through the doors simply expecting to have a really good work out but it became so much more than that. Benefit Body has flowed in and out of my life for years because of where I lived at the time but it's always found me when I needed it the most.
After having my daughter during a pandemic, I didn't have a lot of options of where and when I could work out, but I was determined to lose that baby weight and feel like myself again. Nikkita offered zoom classes, outdoor classes and eventually indoor classes. Slowly but surely I began to feel like the new version of me.
I could go on and on about the work outs and how fun and challenging they are but what truly makes Benefit Body special is the magic that exists within the studio. It's hard to describe in words what that magic is, you truly need to take a class for yourself to experience it. And if you allow yourself to feel that magic, you'll never want to leave.

I had my very first class here with Alessandra, and this was the first time I've ever used a reformer. I looooved it! I've not worked out consistently since 2020, and was so excited I was able to keep up with the workouts. The energy is amazing and, and it was really helpful having someone giving pointers, and correcting posture to ensure correct execution. I had a great workout and I felt really good afterwards. Staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The space is also kept very clean and organized. I can't wait to come back!

This Pilates studio is amazing and seems geared towards women, (although men are not banned). I'm used to the big gyms but learned this small atmosphere and individual attention is a better fit for me.
Ashley handles the front desk with great customer service skills and Nikkita is patience and work with your comfort level during class training.
If covid 19 didn't happen I wouldn't have discovered this place, I began right in the middle of the pandemic when outdoor fitness was the only option. "I do it for my mental well-being."

Benefit Body is the best studio in the Valley. Classes are fun, high energy, and the students are all welcoming. Exercises can be challenging but the instructors offer adjustments so that everyone of all levels can get a good workout. This is so different from other Pilates studios I have been to which aren't as energetic, well-paced, as good of a workout. At Benefit, it doesn't even feel like a workout, but a place to go to get energized and feel good.

From the moment you step foot inside the studio, you can feel the warm and welcoming vibe of this studio. I had tried pilates at other studios, but after one or two classes I would lose interest in coming back and in large part because I have felt a bit intimidated by pilates classes. This was definitely not the case at Benefit Body! I fell in love with the classes, felt connected to the other clients, and couldn't wait to go back. This is the best Pilates studio. Besides working out on the Pilates reformer, we also do circuits and use free weights and the TRX. I feel like I get a full body workout after each class. The instructors are kind, fun, and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you and give you a different exercise if you have any injuries. Best studio ever! I literally look forward to going the moment I walk out. I have been taking classes here since April 2018. I started off by taking the free one week special that they offer, followed by buying a 10 class package, shortly after I realized I really enjoyed going so I enroll in the monthly unlimited classes. My body has never looked better, I have always been petite but very weak I have slowly been building strength with the help of Benefit Body. All the instructors are amazing, they each teach differently which is great! The studio is nice and clean with good equipment. The cherry on top is this is not your traditional Pilates studio they include fitness workouts in their classes, which they refer to as Fitlates. I highly recommend trying it out, you won’t regret it!

Benefit Pilates has been my go-to for a few years now. While there are a number of Pilates studios in Woodland Hills, this is THE studio for me.
1) The staff. Nikkita and Debbie are both amazing instructors. While I count on Nikkita to kick my butt and push me way past my comfort zone, Debbie is equally fantastic in her knowledge of how to make the most of your workout and modify for injuries. Also, Nikkita is owner (as well as instructor) and she keeps a hand on the pulse of her customers. Making sure the studio offers what her customers want.
2) The price is right. I try to come in 2-3 times a week on class passes. I stock up on passes when there are seasonal promos.
3) If you're a regular, you'll find that the instructors change up the routines to incorporate interval training.
4) Warm, inviting ambiance. And it's all in the details. Wood-framed reformers, fresh coat of soothing silverish green paint, updated flooring.
If you're looking for a studio, give Benefit Pilates a try. They will not disappoint.

I’ve always been that person that knew I SHOULD work out, but didn’t want to. I despised working out, the gym, getting all sweaty. No. I hated the feeling of being worked out to the brink of death, and wait 3 weeks to be able to move without all the muscles in my body hurting. No. I wasn’t down for that. I looked skinny, but I was flabby all over. Then I found benefit body on Groupon and figured, why not... it’s a good deal, I know pilates is usually really pricy. So I bought a one month unlimited pass.... I got addicted. I was addicted to pilates more than I was to cigarettes! I signed up as a member and that was that. Now, its been over a year, I still go 5 days a week... sometimes twice a day if I have time. It’s worth it all. I just wish I found out about it sooner, uuuggghhhh. This is the best my body has ever been. Benefit Body has truly been a benefit to MY body.

My boyfriend bought me a one month unlimited new client package at Benefit Body as a Christmas gift based on the reviews that he read. It has been such an amazing gift! I have tried all of the teachers, and they, as well as the staff, are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The space is clean, and the energy is very upbeat and happy. There are three levels - Develop, Practice and Challenge. It is required that you do three classes at each level before progressing to the next level. I really appreciate that they do this, because although I have done pilates in the past, it had been awhile, and allowed me to refamiliarize myself with the equipment, and helped me ease into it, while avoiding injury. In addition to working on the reformer, we use free weights, TRx and do circuit training. This combination makes for an excellent, challenging and very effective full body workout. After one month, I have noticed a dramatic change in my body, and feel more toned and stronger than ever. I'm so happy to have found Benefit Body!

I went to Benefit Body for the first time almost a year ago with a Groupon. I did not plan to go back once it ran out, thinking I couldn't afford to do pilates even once a week. Benefit Body is an amazing Pilates Studio. In NY I owned an exercise studio and Nikita...hope I'm spelling it right..is an amazing teacher and Owner! So motivating...and during those last ditch efforts to push thru those last few reps...she is making sure you put your whole self into it! The exercises are so cleverly designed so they hit all the muscle groups! I have never just stayed with one type of exercise...but now retired and back home in LA ..I'm just doing Pilates..and these Pilates classes are amazing at keeping this 68yr old body tight and strong! This review is for my wife and my teenage daughter who both attend regular classes at Benefit Body in Woodland Hills.
In a nutshell, they have found a workout home. They love the classes. They love the owner, Nikkita... and I know what you're thinking... no... they're not related. Heck, before 2015, we didn't know anything about Pilates, much less Nikkita and her wonderful studio.
It all started for my wife with a Groupon and now she is going on average 6x per week.
The remarkable thing is that neither of my girls have ever been terribly athletic... but Pilates is something that they have really taken to and Benefit Body is a place they really enjoy.
If you're contemplating joining, go on Groupon, spend a few shekels, and see why this place is so dang special.

I've been taking Pilates at Benefit Body since around the time they first opened (2015). The studio has gone through their fair share of up's and down's, instructors, and basic business changes, but the one thing that stays constant is that this is a great place to better your Pilates, challenge yourself to do more, and most of all, practice being the best you. If you've never taken Reformer Pilates before, make sure you sign up for a Develop class. If you're a seasoned Pilates goer, dare yourself to take Nikkita or Allie's Challenge class. I'm stronger and more dedicated now than I've ever been in Pilates.

Why Pilates isn't more popular is beyond me. I think the biggest misconception is that Pilates is for chicks. Because it's something that girls often do, many men tend to lose their interests and cross it off immediately. The ironic thing is that Pilates was created by a man for men. So when a friend suggested joining her for a session I was immediately hooked.
The one area that Pilates does really well is developing control that warrants a demand for smooth movements. Pilates also develops concentration, precision movement, balance, and focused breathing. All-in-all this is a foundational exercise that I would recommend to everyone, especially those with any chronic related injuries (just make sure you disclose it with the instructor).
Speaking of instructors, Nikkita has been a phenomenal teacher at this location. While she is enthusiastic about her approach, what makes her truly special is her ability to motivate and push you a bit further. Expect her class to be demanding and challenging, but ultimately rewarding.
