The gym is big and has a variety of machines with different areas/sections. Definitely more comfortable than a single open space gym. Love spending my lunch breaks here!

I love going to benefit fitness the machines are clean. The sauna is nice. Everybody’s very friendly. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My doctor told me to get back into the gym to get my legs strong before my knee replacement surgery, so I stared back and having been going 5 days a week and my knee pain has gone. So I talk to my doctor and told him that I’m canceling the surgery. So he said to call him if my pain comes back or I feel that I need the surgery, I’m really happy that my doctor told me to get back in the gym, cause if not I would of had the surgery I didn’t have to have cause just the walking on the treadmill and weight training has been help with my knee pain. Also the sauna is a great pain relief too. Thank you April and your staff for all your help🥰

I barely have 10 days that I have acquired a membership at this hidden treasure. It's what I've been looking for. Quiet, peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Seems that the gym is all for me at times. Multiple rooms w Multiple different weight sets. The best thing for me, each separate room has a personal restroom 🚻 with a shower 🚿. Can't beat that. Very very content 👌

I love this gym. It’s the biggest 24HR GYM here in Soledad and has great prices. It’s only 24HR to members ONLY.. the business hours are also provided if you want to sign up. The people and employees are also friendly. It’s a small owned business so I’m pretty patient when it come to machine repairs because April is such a blessing and great gym owner. Nobody blast vulgar music either so idk why there’s a comment below me stating so. April always plays 80s music for her members. I enjoy this gym a lot. 10/10

I love love love this gym.the environment and vibe is great! Makes you really get into your workout! And everyone is so friendly! The owner is putting in a juice bar soon and working on new cool projects which I’m excited to see for her gym and try out for myself of course ! Love working out here and the convenience that it’s right down the street form my house! Also has some neat equipment!

Machinery is in poor condition, old and wobbly, it's small and over crowded with annoying people, they blast vulger music over the speakers loud enough that my headphones can't even drown it out, they close at 12pm on Saturdays, and aren't even open on Sundays, the worst gym I've been to. Not a place for serious lifters.
