"BENICIA FITNESS" Su hospitalidad ha sido el toque perfecto para mí viaje. De verdad, fue de gran ayuda para mí, me hicieron un enorme favor cuando después de escuchar los motivos de mi estancia, sus indicaciones me ayudaron a encontrar la mejor opción de membresía para mi estancia de viaje..

The place has reasonable workout equipment that I use to do touch up workouts due to having a home gym as well with no smith machines. The environment is pretty good and there is enough space to do other workouts

This is a small neighborhood gym. The equipment has seen better days and it could use a deep cleaning. With that being said the owner is very nice, the little touches they add like the personal bottle of sanitizer for the machines are nice and the people are there to workout. The fitness instructors (the ones I've tried) are good and it seems like they always have something new added or at least like a pop up class. If you want to workout and don't need all the bells and whistles you should give them a try. You can always purchase day passes to try it out.

Best gym ever. I come back every time I come home to visit family. Been going for over 8 years and it never gets old. Outdoor area is so much fun in the summer and owner is so kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!
