Highly recommend Michael for personal training, especially if you’re a beginner or nervous about starting weight training - as I was. He is encouraging and will challenge you, while also keeping in mind where you’re at and any limitations you might have. It’s a nice bonus to workout in his private gym space and be able to focus on the session without a lot of people around. Can’t say enough good things!

Fantastic personal trainer!! Michael combines his extensive knowledge of how to build strength, flexibility and endurance with his great sense of humor and ability to encourage you to do “just a little bit more” than you thought was possible. Over the last two years I have shed over 50 pounds of body weight and built much greater core, upper and lower body strength. I can’t recommend Michael highly enough.

I met Michael right after I had injured my lower back. I was desperate to find relief from the chronic pain. After a few weeks of training I was already starting to feel a difference. Michael is a wonderful human and trainer. Helping me break free from the horrible pain. I went from barely being able to bend over to deadlifting 60 lbs in a matter of a year. I can not recommend him enough! Thank you Michael!

Michael is encouraging and persistent. He makes me feel hyped when I'm tired. I came to him with a shoulder injury, IT band issue, and bad knees. He designed a workout program to accommodate me and I am so happy to be more active now. Knows about exercises for different body types too. Punctual is a plus.
