I came to Sandra after suffering hamstring tendon head tears on the advice of my physical therapist to find someone to help me improve my core strength. Not only did Sandra "cure" my tears, our work together alleviated hip pain while sitting I had had for 30 years! At 73, my core strength is better than it was in my youth when I was unaware of proper techniques to work the necessary muscles. Sandra is as creative and knowledgeable as she is kind and encouraging. She is a master at figuring out how to alleviate movement issues and improve overall fitness and health. I am hooked for life!

Sandra was really friendly, had a great sense of humor, and personalized each Pilates lesson to accommodate and help my Scoliosis pain! I found Sandra when I was trying to go back to exercising but too afraid that my chronic back pain wouldn't let me do anything.
Sandra helped me understand what my body needed in order to function better and I went from not being able to do anything to feeling better and stronger after just a few sessions.
