We have a Better Way for you! Our trainers specialize in slow-motion strength training -- an ideal workout for someone new to exercise, or for the person who "used to workout" and wants to start again without the hassle of a gym.

My husband and I joined Better way Fitness more than a year ago because, even though we were both fairly strong and healthy, we were feeling the normal aches and pains of our age more and more. We now feel stronger and are grateful to Brian and Diane for the personalized program they provide. Each session builds on the last and challenges our muscle strength, but they are mindful of our weaknesses and always adjust our workouts when needed. Their business has grown to include stretching and massage sessions, both are highly recommended. Bonus: we always have a lot of laughs!

Brian, Dianne and David all have helped me conquer several medical issues that needed one-on-one coaching. I am able to move easier, balance much better, and strength has improved in a 2 month time frame. The workout doesnt seem like a workout, the facility is always super clean, there is only ever one other person with another coach at the same time as me, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful.

Better Way Fitness was a great find! Their knowledge of anatomy and fitness training is exceptional. The environment is warm and inviting and the one-on-one training is so valuable. They track your training sessions on an iPad so you can track your achievements and improve performance. We have strengthened my shoulder and I no longer feel I need a shoulder replacement for now. Pricing is very reasonable. “If you don’t take care of your house, where you gonna live?”

I found BetterWay fitness at a perfect time. I was looking to include some weight/resistance training to my busy schedule. They offer 2 30 min sessions a week and I feel like I get a great workout. Brian my trainer is great… he’s very attentive and keeps track of the amount of weight I’m using and encourages me to increase the weight while not injuring myself. It’s great! Close to my house and the hours work for me.

30 minute workout time twice a week has been great! My wife and I are both sore after each workout but leave sessions without being covered with sweat and we both have noticed muscle tone all over and increased strength and balance! Highly recommend this workout routine

Brian and Diane are both extremely knowledgable trainers who have been able to help immensely with my very stubborn torn plantar fascia. In just a few months I've been able to get back to most of my regular activities after three years of pretty intense suffering. I've been through 4 personal trainers, 4 podiatrists, 3 CMT's, 3 physical therapists, 2 chiropractors, shockwave therapy, dry needling, etc and so far Better Way Fitness has been the only one out of all of them to make a huge difference in my quality of life. I am very happy with the Better Way Fitness, I have increased by strength and that was my goal, I am over 60 and had lost muscle and although I have worked out at the gyms, this is so much more personnel. I feel like Brian and Diane take a personnel interest in their clients. The facility is clean, bright, and always pleasant. I first learned about Better Way Fitness from a story in my local monthly city magazine. I was intrigued because I was looking for something that would fit my lifestyle and schedule, but a normal gym membership was not appealing to me. I found a home at Better Way Fitness. They have created a clean, intimate setting and use the latest in training equipment and techniques. Instead of going it alone, I get personal training tailored specifically for me. I’m guided through every exercise with an explanation of purpose and expectations. I get a great workout in each private thirty minute session, plus they electronically track and record my progress. I'm 60 years old, and had a hip replacement a few years ago, and since then, my balance on my replacement (left) side was poor. My husband started BETTER WAY first and I was skeptical that it would be much different than any other program. But Mark really felt an immediate difference and they offered me 3 FREE SESSIONS to check it out............... and I LOVE it!! I have been going to A Better Way for a few months now and they checked my balance yesterday and I was amazed at what my left leg/hip balance could do and how much its improved. I have cuts now (muscle definition) on my arms, biceps and upper back that I haven't had since college!! I have had several people comment on my definition, and I'm 60!!! I now wear tank tops and shorts a lot. I had stopped wearing shorts because I didn't like my cellulite or "jiggly" skin. I love feeling strong and not "old and fragile"! I can wear all my old favorite outfits that I didn't fit into before, and I feel GOOD about my body image, not insecure or hiding parts I'm ashamed of! And the workout is only 20 minutes 2 times a week, and it isn't exhausting. I've had personal training before, and THIS is way different!
* I'm not WASTING MY TIME doing massive repetitions on machines that really wouldn't get me the result I wanted
* Each machine is so muscle specific, that I can literally SEE MY BODY CHANGING
* The trainer is right next to me and corrects my posture/positioning immediately so I won't get injured. This is very important to me.
* They are always asking if I'm having any pain/sensitivity since the last workout, and they change things up to give those areas a rest
* It's not that hard! I give it my all on each machine, with time in between to recoup. They have us drinking lots of water in between as well.
* It's the most TIME EFFICIENT WORKOUT, takes such a small amount of time, and has given me more results than all the HOURS I USED TO SPEND IN THE GYM! TAKE THE 3 FREE WORKOUTS AND TRY IT FOR YOURSELF

I have been working out at Better Way Fitness for 5 weeks and I already feel stronger. Standard gyms are crowded, not very clean, intimidating, and take time to get in a workout. Committing to two days a week for 30 minutes creates no stress in my busy schedule. Having a personal trainer with you for the 30 minutes ensures that your form is correct, and your effort is appropriate to maximize benefit without injury. The facility is spotless, not crowded and the trainers are professional, engaging, and helpful. I look forward to my two workouts each week, rather than dread them. I highly recommend Better Way Fitness for a personal training experience in a clean facility with knowledgeable trainers at a reasonable cost.

I hate exercising, I always have. So you know I mean it when I say I LOVE my workout with Better Way Fitness. My personal trainer really pays attention to me, correcting my form and listening to my feedback. She is always looking for adjustments to my routine that will be more effective for me and she challenges me to push myself. I've never really understood the mind/body connection and how to engage my muscles until my slow motion strength training. My muscles are stronger, my posture is better, and I move with more confidence, all from 30 minutes, twice a week. There is no down side to this workout and I would recommend it to everyone.

I have been working out at Better Way Fitness for about 2 months. I have lost 10 lbs. and have become much stronger. The workout is a great resistance training method for beginners and experienced participants. The gym is clean and the trainers are knowledgeable. In less than a half hour, twice a week, you will get a full body workout. So, if you are looking for an efficient, effective and safe place to get fit, I recommend Better Way Fitness.

I wanted to learned more about slow motion exercise. Checked out Better way, Brian was very informative and educated me step by step each way, as I utilize each equipment. The facility is clean, and the one on one training helps me focus and target the areas I wanted to work on. They help me and guide me through each phase targeting my goal.
