BTF is a fantastic addition to Marin's fitness scene! This place offers a fresh approach to fitness, combining strength and cardio training into one powerful workout. The team here is phenomenal—coaches Tony, Ellie, Brandon, and David (Many more) are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They make every class both challenging and enjoyable, ensuring everyone feels supported and motivated.

The atmosphere at BTF is welcoming, with a great community of people who are just as nice as the staff. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you’ll feel right at home. The class schedule is very flexible, making it easy to fit workouts into even the busiest day.

Another big plus is the location—right next to Whole Foods, a healthy smoothie store, and Local Kitchen, which serves a variety of delicious dishes from the city. It’s a convenient spot to grab a post-workout meal or drink and keep the healthy vibes going.

Overall, BTF is more than just a gym—it’s a place where you can get fit, make new friends, and truly enjoy the process. Highly recommend checking it out! 💪👏

Being gym averse, I was hesitant to join BFT. Didn’t expect to stay with it past the trial sessions. After three workouts I was hooked. Now I regularly go 5 to 6 days a week. Programs are varied keeping it interesting and challenging. All the trainers (Tony, Ellie, Brandon, Serena) are excellent, sensitive to the strengths and weaknesses of each member, while keeping it fun.

Tony is the best! I take his “beast mode” HITT class all the time. It’s my favorite! It’s the perfect cardio/strength workout. Killer playlist as well.
