This place is spectacular! I had a chance to try this BFT location after working out at ones in Houston. The energy, the coaches, and community are amazing here. Before you even have time to hate your life on the tenth burpee you're on to another exercise and, in the blink of an eye, you've warmed up, worked your butt off, and are stretching for cool down.
I like BFT because I don't have to think and you get no time to think, you just do.
I definitely got stronger, faster and more agile. Staff across the board are welcoming and taught me thing or two about form that I didn't know. I will be back the next time I'm in the area and cannot recommend this place enough.

I can't say enough good things about BFT Saratoga! From the moment you walk in, the coaches and staff make you feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. They're incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help with form, modifications, or just to cheer you on when you need that extra push.
There's a great mix of strength, cardio, and functional training, so there’s something for everyone no matter your fitness level. Every session is thoughtfully designed to challenge you while still being totally approachable, and the energy in the studio is always upbeat and encouraging.

This review is long overdue! My husband, Arvind, and I have been taking classes at BFT Saratoga since early December, and it has been an incredible journey. The coaches here are truly motivating, and the workouts strike the perfect balance between being fun and challenging.
I had a personal trainer for a while and was looking to transition to a gym with group classes and at around the same time BFT Saratoga opened and it felt like the stars had aligned!
With regards to the workouts, I love that I don’t feel overly sore the next day, but there’s always an opportunity to push myself. With a great mix of cardio and strength training, the workouts never get boring. Since this location is just a five-minute drive from us, we make it a point to go at least four to five times a week.
A special shoutout to Coach Kyle, his energy, passion, and motivation are unmatched. He has an incredible way of uplifting everyone in the room, gives a lot of individual attention and whenever he’s coaching, I know I’ll leave feeling great, no matter how stressful my day has been.
Beyond the workouts, the gym itself is fantastic. The classes aren’t overcrowded, there’s plenty of parking, and the space is always spotless. They also provide towels and a BFT monitor as soon as you walk in. Plus, their app makes scheduling super easy, and I can always find a class that fits into my day.
We highly recommend BFT Saratoga to anyone looking for an amazing workout experience! (Though, selfishly, I don’t want too many people to join! 😆)

Got a great workout EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. From cardio to upper body to full body... my heart rate was definitely high. There were a variety of exercises that I had never done before! I was very comfortable pushing myself through everything new. There were about 3-4 coaches to help us out, especially with heavier weights.
The three class types I did: Hyper, Strength, and Coach's Choice (which was a Partner's Cardio Workout on Sunday). I learned a lot of different movements like gorilla kettleballs, back squats, and medicine ball tosses. I had fun and broke an intense sweat for the full hour!

I took 3 classes course of one week, Monday night, Wednesday night and Sunday morning. The gym location is fairly convenient because it’s right near Westgate mall so able to run some errands either before or after and then on Sunday I grabbed a sandwich from Noah’s bagels. Plenty of parking right in front of the studio, it was never an issue.
Walking in, you just say your name and check in is super quick and easy. There are lockers that you can add a code to lock up your things or just a cubby. There’s also small towels for use in class. Restroom facilities as well where they’ve thought of practical use: have things like spray deodorant, feminine products, hair ties etc
The classes themselves were awesome!! There are stations, the number of stations, the exercises and the reps all change day by day, obviously depending on the workout and body focus. The classes are 50 minutes and always start with a short warm-up and finish out with some stretching. Coach Kyle was fantastic, he’s motivating, funny, and very approachable, which I think is really important for people who might be new and/intimidated by group fitness. The rest of the staff at BFT was great as well always very welcoming and encouraging, definitely feels like a community :)

I had a great workout at Body Fit Training this week. We did a circuit workout that was three rounds of exercise at each station and rotating through for an hour. It was a full body workout and I appreciated that we did lots of compound movements. Pauline did a great job motivating us and giving instruction to those who needed it.
My only feedback would be to turn down the music a bit. I found myself moving away from the speakers as much as I could and it was still too loud.
The overall experience was great. They had lots of equipment and everything was set up for people of all skill levels. Lindsey at the front desk was also charming and welcoming of everyone. Great vibes at Body Fit and I highly recommend this workout class.

Love it. I am only 3 classes in and have a life long struggle with weight. Gyms either scared me or bored me . I always used to do walking or running with some yoga. Now surprisingly when I am weighing the most ever , I am a convert. I am looking forward to going again every time and leave feeling accomplished . Classes have soo much variety and the coaches always suggest multiple variations . Cardio class has core options. Strength class has cardio options. I am so impressed with the individual care the coaches give u and u feel looked after . Thank u so much coach kyle. Looking forward to make BFT my habit.
