I went into the gym to cancel my membership and was told I had to pay the months fee plus a gym maintenance fee. I explained to the guy at the front desk that I was moving out of state and in my contact it says I would be able to get a adjustment if no gym was 25 miles. I emailed the owner or who ever runs the place twice with no response. My next option is going to the better business bureau bcuz they clearly don't honor their own contracts

2 stars because the equipment is constantly down, under maintenance or completely out of service for months.. i understand that is gonna happen everywhere but this location leaves it like that for weeks even months without fixing the equipment, SPECIFICALLY THE STAIR MASTERS they're always under maintenance ALWAYS. 4 been out for the past month. Also very happy that manager left soo arrogant. The rest of the crew is nice, and they try to have everything clean. Also we should get a discount because the restrooms were down for almost the whole month, are you kidding me? Out of service completely!! I should get a refund.

Every gym has its pros and cons but you have to learn to adapt and utilize what’s around you, as you can see my friends here focus more on our training rather than how nice a gym may look, we train to change, strength, health. Blink is a standard gym for beginners and intermediate lifters due to the lack of heavier weights. Yet I love the atmosphere of it being empty, no wait times and being very clean along with the people being chill. You might say how’s Golds gym? its filled with a lot of influencers and competition, too crowded and dirty due to people leaving weights and trash on the floor. The pictures with trash and plates everywhere is proof people and staff don’t care at golds gym. Sure they have more equipment, better facilities but I can’t train with a lot of trash on the floor, it ruins the experience and shows how careless management handles the lack of maintenance and hygiene. Overall blink gets a 8.7/10 great atmosphere, great community, very clean just lacks a lot of equipment and heavy weights I can get in and out. Stop worrying about what blink doesn’t have, instead focus more on your training, the more you notice an empty gym you appreciate it much more know you don’t have to wait in a long line. Trust me it’s hard to find a clean gym like blink and remember a journey of strength never ends

Been a member here since it opens. Too bad the quality has gone down. This place is under a new management. Been trying to cancel my membership since I already live far by emailing them by I am not getting any response at all. I had a really awful experience at this gym. The manager's actions were completely inappropriate and made me feel super uncomfortable. I won’t be going back, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It's a shame because the gym itself was fine, but the way I was treated by the manager was unacceptable. I hope they take this seriously, but I’m done.

The manager's behavior is concerning; I've noticed him staring at many girls in the gym, including myself when I was on a machine. None of the employees seem to stay for long, and the bathrooms are very dirty, which makes the whole environment feel uncomfortable. They really need a new manager

Review is for assistant manager, Denise. She has excellent customer service skills, she listens well, she’s competent and goes above and beyond to assist you with what she’s able to offer.

Originally I was disappointment with the response of other staff in regards to fees I wasn’t aware of. There are a couple fees in addition to the monthly. It’s different based on level. The person who enrolled me was not aware of one of the fees on my level, so they miscommunicated.

Denise was not able to rectify the situation completely, but she did her best to help me the best she could.

The disappointment came from staff, who seem to be above her, that were unwilling to try and rectify the situation or make things better, as she tried to do.

Sidenote… The gym does seem to be a little warm. Maybe this is intentional so people sweat. So if you like that stuff, then it may be a good fit.

The staff in general seem to be friendly, and they keep it clean.

I originally gave two stars, again - see below, but after Blinks response to my review, I lowered it to one. It’s great they’re monitoring & responding to reviews, but this response just solidified the original issue. Which was them saying, but not doing. They said they’re sorry, but no one made any effort to contact me and/or rectify. I’ve reached out to them on several occasions, with the same response. “Sorry we’ll talk to our team about that.” I presented a few creative solutions one with me even having to pay more money.
I’m not saying the customers is always right, but it seems to have gone the other extreme with many businesses, as in this situation, where the business is always right - customer, do business at your own risk.

Read contract verbatim - if something isn’t clear as more than one person to confirm whatever answer they give you.

I did also forget to mention the first time, that it is extremely warm in this gym. My primary reason in joining was a cool place to exercise.😆

It’s really not my thing to leave bad reviews. I only do so when I feel it might benefit others when thinking about doing business with a particular establishment.

I give this fitness center two stars for cleanliness and somewhat friendly environment.

I’m not giving it five stars due to sneaky pricing advertisement. In my situation I misunderstood, but did ask clarifying questions before signing my contract, to which I was in accurately communicated by, I guess, a new employee. However, management simply said, well, there’s nothing I can do, that’s just the way it is.

It was disappointed in sneaky fees, basically inaccurate pricing description. When asked about it, I wasn’t communicated with accurately. Management didn’t rectify it, or at least work with me to try and find some kind of solution… Basically a middle ground.

I have written in big print on my fridge the day I can cancel my contract. I do not want to miss the date!!!!

Customer Service is top priority for wherever I do business. I would rather pay more for the same product, where the customer service is better.

I do not recommend Blink Fitness!

I’ve seen the quality of service and the condition of the equipment dramatically decline in the past two years. There’s always a sink and multiple stair-masters out of service. This has lasted for over a year. The gym mats are worn out and staff now require you wipe them down. Sanitizing wipes are also lacking. Instead patrons can use a raggedy and soaked towel to clean their equipment. I’ve politely brought up my concerns in previous months and things have only worsened.

I love this gym! Hands down the best public gym my fiancé and I have gone to! It doesn’t smell musty, is never overly crowded, and the people there are really friendly and keep to their own. The restrooms are also clean (I can only speak on behalf of the women’s restroom). They have sanitary wipes throughout the gym so you can wipe down your station before and after you workout. The hours are also reasonable! I’ve been recommending this gym to everyone that is trying to get a good workout in and not break their piggy bank!

Twice now I have utilized this gym for the summer while living nearby temporarily. Both times, I enjoyed the gym, it's clean, it has everything I need, and the employees have been pleasant and helpful. More importantly, canceling and restarting my month to month membership has been easy (it can be done online) and affordable. I would recommend this gym based on both my experiences in the past couple summers.

A gym not widely accessible as 24 hour fitness, or even as popular, but its amenities outweigh that. Probably the most important practice, especially now, is its emphasis on sanitation. A practice they put in the hands of its members, wiping down every machine you use, on a grander scale of things, is an important reminder that our actions determine the outcome of future events. For it being a small location, it has everything you need to get a solid workout in! Comparing to other low-budget gyms, Blink has so many more free weights and T-Bar extensions, squat racks, and overall extra equipment. I wish that at least some of these new gyms around SoCal would be 24 hour facilities, but other than that it’s a great space!

It has all the basic equipment that’s needed to get a good workout in. I would like to see more machines for legs, for example a T-bar row machine, hack squat or even a leverage squat machine. But it’s not a workout killer. Love the amount of benches and space in between each machine!

I went to this gym last year as soon as it opened. And honestly even though I only went for 2 months ( because of covid), it was the best gym I have ever went to and I really miss it so much. Everyone in there was so friendly, lots of available equipments, you get to have your own locker, and you can also have a personal trainer to help you with one of the equipments if you’re struggling to use them. The environment is so nice and I just feel welcomed every time I come to work out. I really wish Blink can open as soon as possible. I will never go to another gym except for this one.

Came in today to help my best friend sign up for a new membership and the vibe was awesome! The manager Shawn alongside employees Jessica, Matthew and Tony were absolutely amazing. I’m aware that most people love 24 or Plant Fitness but this gym is a breath of fresh air including CLEAN BATHROOMS!
