This gym is small people with big egos. My girl and I live near this location she has a membership and I have been as a guest twice. I regularly go to the burbank location so I’m thinking what is the big difference? There is a big difference. We are going to cancel her membership. I’ll pay for pilates or something for her. I’m Never gonna upgrade my membership from one location because burbank is so much better than this location. Luckily I work right next to burbank so I don’t mind the drive. This location needs to Put some signs up saying no saving machines or something, I shouldn’t feel like I’m about to have to fight someone because I sat down at a machine 5 minutes ago and they “saved it for their friend” and didn’t leave a water bottle or phone to save it. Honestly, control the environment to make it safe for everyone, rather than just the lil boys with broccoli hair talking stuff and doing 40lbs pull downs. Small people with big egos.

Don't recommend this gym! Avoid this place they are scammers!
I moved to different city and they keep charging me monthly over a year!
I called them multiple times to cancel my membership and they didn't do it!
Tried to do it thru the website but they don't have that cancelation option. I sent them email multiple times and they asked me proofs that i moved over 25miles radius from their gym hahahahaha it's so absurd!
I'm 15 years old and don't have any ID or proofs of address! And i'm not suppose to be proof them anything!
Cancel my membership thats all what i need, don't recommend this gym because they want keep charge you and take your money and never cancel it!
They still charging me and haven't canceled yet! I gonna tell to my parents and sue them!

It's a bad gym. I had the membership for a year and a half and I had to quit. Obviously like any gym it does get packed after 3, mainly a bunch of kids. What made me quit was how badly maintained it was. Bad sanitary conditions. The sinks in the men's lockers never have soap or a working soap dispenser, Sinks are most of the time out of order, they don't always place paper towels nor disinfectant spray yet they say to wipe down your machine/ equipment after use and one of the worst ones is when they don't have paper towels so they place a single rag at the trashcans for the entire gym to use. I don't get it, they say they have a maintenance fee once per year for EVERY gym member.. why don't they fix anything whith that! Avoid this gym.

Be careful with this place they offer you a lot of services and charge your cards without an explanation of the terms and refund policies, had a really bad experience, they didn't take the time to propose any options or ways to solve my questions and issues, really disappointed in the treatment and their lack of solving problems skills.

I just started going here a week ago, definitely filled with bunch of kids after 3 lol so definitely show up early. Place is a little dirty, could be a lot cleaner. I went to another Blink in Gardena and that one does not compare to the one in HP. It was cleaner, friendly staff, and no broken machines. I joined via my job and the email said I was ok to go as long as I showed the email as a proof, not one staff helped me in the process of getting access, they were just as lost as me. One of the leads I believe said he would check the back for records, but ultimately all he did was go chat it up with his coworkers a few feet away from me. The only helpful staff was a sweet yond lady in front. She left for a minute and came back glancing at her coworker who was supposed to be "checking for files in the back" and was just awkwardly chatting with me until she reached out to her manager for assistance. The other guy came up to her, when she picked up the phone to call and said something along the lines "why are you calling her, it looks bad on me". Overall kind of wack, prefer other locations over this one¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I like that the machines are modern and staff was helpful and some very nice... Do want to ACknowledge one person who did go above and beyond, hes a personal trainer Daniel Aceves ( god i hope i said he name right) we havent met, soon but he checked on my well being know my leg was hurting and i wasnt able to make the session.. That is going way Beyond , felt good tobe acknowledged.. love this gym. definately for me!

This location has a bunch of high school broccoli headed Edgar cut students that hog up machines for an hour letting their friends cut in between. If you have somewhere to be or a time schedule AVOID this location. Wish they implemented an age restriction because I see a lot of PDA going on which is just wrong at the gym.

An excellent gym, I been coming here for months and I love it! Mostly clean, weights organized, staff greets your when you come and exit, super friendly. You will always find a machine to work out. Shout out to the management team, and staff for doing an outstanding job!

I’ve gone here to see how the gym is, honestly this is a 100% blunt review. The gym needs more organization. Machines need to be accurately placed depending where you want things. For instance treadmills should be placed where the leg equipment is. Not some upstairs and some downstairs. It just doesn’t make sense to go up and down the stairs while trying to work on a specific area on your body. I can see too many machines brake or there’s only 2 machines for 30 people.The staff is nice but need to up their game to have things disinfected. People can get fungus from others sweat or ring worm.

Manager is rude. Illegal binding application. Had to pay a fee for 102$. Was being contstanly charged had to take this in person to cancel gym membership. Do not go to this gym bad customer service just terrible. I was a minor at the time no signature went with my friend the manager made comments about how minors come in with friends and never come again. Very unecessary and unproffesional comment. Small facility, super crowded but I'm guessing that it was busy due to today being a holiday in all. Don't know if they have an actual parking lot but I got lucky and parked on the street right in front. They have a lot of dumbbells which is good ranging from 10lbs-90lbs.

Upstairs features cardio machines and squat racks. The front desk employees were very helpful in answering any questions that I had to ask.

I had called to ask about the blue membership before I registered, I asked about the guest pass they said the blue membership allows you to bring a guest. That is the reason why I wanted that membership, all to find out they are temporary not allowing guest!? Ok I understand your guidelines but don’t lie about it to get people to sign up! Anyway guys Planet fitness was a better choice when it comes to their black membership they are actually allowing you to use your membership for what you pay, You can actually take a guest as stated on the membership.

Edit- I literally canceled my account the same day I got it due to the reason I stated in my first review… I THOUGHT I had canceled when I signed a paper they made me sign upon my request to cancel. The whole time I thought I canceled, I check my credit report and it turns out they never canceled and now I’m on collection! I never got charged again or a notification of them wanting to charge me so I’m not sure if they changed my information since usually I would get a text. The worst part is they never gave me a receipt or anything of my cancellation and I made the mistake not to ask, So when I called they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

The gym is cool. It's always clean and the restrooms are spot on. The only thing as that most of the female workers here are super quiet or weird. This gym is pretty nice and membership price is affordable . I remember coming to this place as a child when it used to be a movie theater. Now I can really appreciate the architecture. The gym is clean, staff is friendly and attentive and members have pretty good gym etiquette. But the only downside is that I feel there isn't that much equipment. Only 1 of each machine. They should at least double up on certain machines, leg press, Smith machine, leg curl, leg extensions, chest machine. But this is probably typical of every gym nowadays. What ever happened to all the Gold Gyms. And for this reason I give it 4 stars. Do yourself a favor, try not to go during peak hours

Edit: I only ask for one month deal. No year deal, or saying that every month. Only one month. So my one month finished. And 2-3 months they were asking to pay, which was stupid because they made a deal of a ever month pay. Which I clearly said one month only. I went and talk to them, and this man was saying something aboustouly different. From this previous lady told me it was only a one month gym.

This is a new gym in our community. They have renovated an old movie theater and it looks and feels incredible to be inside here. I like the staff even though they are all very young and goof around at times. I especially like when they greet you hello and goodbye. I think the equipment is good, the gym has a large feeling to it and it has multiple levels to work out at which is cool too. Overall, it's clean and pretty with good people.
