I am so excited to have found this diamond in the rough. This gym is truly a gem. I love the feel of small classes! Most of the clients are women who have decided to get their body in motion. The instructors are innovative and creative and provide a full body workout...but never push you beyond your abilities. Many of us have had knee/hip/back/shoulder injuries and need the movement. This gym provides the perfect environment to fulfill our goals. Lots of fun classes to meet your busy schedule! I highly recommended this gym for anyone who wants to start a path of fitness.
