I love Carmela’s class on Tuesdays at 4:30. She accommodates all levels, guides the flow so clearly, and is very welcoming. I’ve improved in a matter of weeks

Bloom Yoga is absolutely amazing! The studio is very calm and inviting, and there’s classes for all skill levels. Marcela and Dottie are my favorite teachers, I love their power and moderate classes as well as their yin classes. Bloom yoga offers a great variety to all yogis whether you are just beginning your journey or have been practicing for years.
The studio also offers loaner mats and homemade teas for free. My favorite studio in the bay area!

In Jan 2024 I decided to dedicate time to myself.
I’ve also been trying to work on building community (and supporting local businesses) since moving here a few years ago.
I’m genuinely enjoying all of the classes, instructor’s and community. Everyone is so welcoming and I’m getting my workouts in.
I also love that Bloom Yoga offers community classes and events.
Today I attended a class that was a little bilingual for a student. It was awesome to watch a teacher embrace everyone at all levels of skill too!
I just wanted to give them a community shout out as they deserve it

I love practicing at Bloom, especially the Tuesday Yin class with Susie! I have taken classes with almost every teacher and they are all wonderful and unique. The studio is spacious and clean, other members are friendly and welcoming. My teen daughter, sister, and mother have also enjoyed classes and workshops. I can't say enough good about Bloom!

Check this out. If you want a community environment, with knowledge teachers and staff come to Bloom Yoga. Restorative yoga is the newest thing that relaxes me and gets me ready for the week. I think they have a new Pilates class imma check it out. You should too.

I’ve been a member of many yoga communities in the East Bay over the years. Bloom is the most welcoming and accessible. Classes are designed for all abilities and ages, skewing more toward beginner/intermediate. It’s also a very diverse community. The space is large, clean and peaceful.Super easy access off the freeway, too. Grateful for this studio!!
