Blue Moon Yoga has become a part of my life. The absolute best atmosphere and friendliest staff. You will never feel better than when you have finished a class.

I've been attending Yoga at this studio at least 3 times a week for about a month. I love the variety of the instructors and even though a class may be the same type of class, each instructor teaches in a slightly different way which give me variety. Since I'm pretty much limited to classes that begin after 6pm on week nights I still get variety of classes. The first class was really difficult and left me nauseous and lightheaded but Terri ,knowing that this was my first class, asked me to let her know if I start to feel bad and she will be there to assist with a cold cloth and to assure that I will be okay. Happily to report, I made it through the first class and continued to pace myself in the following classes. I can confidently say that I am addicted to 'Hot Yoga" now and really love Blue Moon Yoga. I've yet to visit the Clovis studio but that's on my list as I signed up for both locations. If the 4 walls start to look stagnant then I will visit Clovis. Seriously, if you're looking for a great effective workout, try Blue Moon Yoga.

Title: A Hidden Gem for Morning Bliss
I must confess, I've fallen head over heels for this charming little yoga studio! It's like a secret sanctuary that effortlessly fills my mornings with pure joy and tranquility. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I had discovered a place that spoke to my soul.
First and foremost, the atmosphere here is simply liberating. The moment you enter, the weight of the world seems to melt away, as if the universe decided to gift you a moment of respite. This yoga studio has a knack for setting you free, allowing you to connect with yourself and leave the outside world behind.
Speaking of freedom, let's talk about the price. This place is an absolute steal! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my time here comes at no cost. It's a priceless gift that they offer, inviting you to embrace wellness without any barriers or constraints. They truly understand the value of sharing the transformative power of yoga with everyone.
As for spending time here, oh, what a joy it is! Every morning, I eagerly set aside a sacred space for myself within these walls. It's a ritual I can't imagine starting my day without. The serenity that fills the air, the gentle guidance of the instructors, and the sense of community that blossoms among fellow yogis make each visit an enchanting experience.
This yoga studio has become my oasis of serenity amidst the bustling world outside. It's like a perfectly brewed cup of morning tea, comforting and invigorating simultaneously. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this place welcomes you with open arms, and their skilled instructors are always there to support and inspire you.
So, if you're seeking a little pocket of peace in this chaotic world, I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem of a yoga studio. It's a delightful escape that will rejuvenate your body, calm your mind, and leave you craving more. Give yourself the gift of this sacred space, and let the mornings here become a cherished part of your well-being journey.
Lola‘s adjustments and cues are gold btw!
Namaste!

For something different, I tried a Kundalini Yoga class this evening... I walked in and saw Hardev with his guitar, and thought, I'm in the right place! What a completely different style than I've been used to. Breathing, chanting, squeezing, and meditation. I'm all in. Hardev and Aurandeep are two very kind, thoughtful and loving yogis. I'll be back with a tabla...

I took the hot yoga which was a one hour version of Bikram yoga and the room was sufficiently hot but not Bikram hot.
They didn’t offer any sort of water other than water that you could purchase or juices.
I did like the flooring because it was a wood fold vinyl that is easy to keep clean and sanitary.
They did have a man and women’s restroom but did not have any showers.
The instructor was good and the room was or at least felt a little bit small because you could only go to Matt‘s deep.
There were 23 people in the room and the class was about 80% full.
It was definitely tucked way back in a strip mall area so give yourself time to find the studio.
They were very gracious and allowed us to borrow a mat and towel which you also have the option to rent if you would like.
We paid $20 a person for the drop in and I would definitely go back to the studio.

I enjoy the sessions. I will continue. However...Poor. crowded access in the hallways. Can't hear the teacher. Upwards of 150 cars parked in the lot daily. HUGE FOOTPRINT for a yoga studio.
How bout a bike rack,? How bout offering 10 percent off if you ride a bike or walk? You all would actually make a noticeable environmental impact.

I have been practicing yoga for just over 2 years after a serious hip and back injuries from running. I also teach yoga and know a lot of the basics. Going to Blue Moon was something new to me because it wasn’t my style of flow and practice, but I have to say that TARYN COLE by far is the best instructor I have ever met, her flow, instructions and focus towards the students were amazing. I took one of her classes and had to go back for more. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, overall everyone was friendly, I felt like I was at home. I also took the inferno hot Pilates and I was not disappointed. Again, very impressive!! I can’t wait to come back to Fresno and get on my mat with some of the best instructors!! Thank you blue moon for the great experience, the fun and the best time of my life!!

I started going sarcastically to make fun of my brother for bragging about what a great workout yoga could be. I didn't expect what a rewarding experience it was for my entire body and spirit. By my fourth session, I was as shocked as the instructor I could actually do the forward splits! Thank you Blue Moon for showing me new limits to my fitness ability.

Blue moon is a gem to the Yoga community in the Central Valley. The studios are beautiful and clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They have something to offer the beginner to the advance student.

I first started attending 5 years ago and have been regularly attending whenever my schedule permits. I have nothing but great things to say about the studio. From the very involved and amazing owners, to the sweet and encouraging teachers. Not to mention all the health benefits that I've benefited from attending class, from weight loss and reduced anxiety to becoming more flexible. The fact that the room is HOT can be intimidating to some but I often encourage my friends and family members to try it out at least once and all the ones that have taken a class end up signing up for the month. <3

I was visiting my husband’s family in Fresno for the Christmas break and was able to find bikram yoga offered at Blue Moon. They offered one week unlimited for $20, which was great. Mat and towel rentals are $2/each. The yoga studio has concrete floors, which was difficult for me since I didn’t bring my thicker Pilates mat with me. I had to use 2 yoga mats one day and the next time I went I just used an extra towel under my knees during camel pose. The studio isn’t as hot as the yoga studios I’m accustomed to, which was a plus since I’ve been away from bikram for many months. The bathrooms are located inside the hot room, so that was a design flaw. There’s also a lost and found in an ottoman near the entrance so I was able to borrow someone’s mat the second time I was there. :)

I love this place so far( I've been going about a month). As a beginner I have found them very welcoming and helpful with my form without being critical. And I love love love the heat! I always feel so refreshed when we are done. The only down side I see is the possibility of it becoming addicting, I can't possibly spend everyday there lol... Also, I have to think the negative reviews from years ago must of come from the previous owner. I have had 4 different instructors and none has used a microphone. Each have their own style and I have my favorites but I would not hesitate to go to any of their classes.

The instructors are amazing. The later evening classes are always packed, so get there early. Only downside is they don't have showers here, only hot yoga studio I've been to without, and the changing area is kinda awkward. But, for being the only hot yoga studio in town, I'm willing to look over that. The instructors are cool, and the classes are pretty laid back.

I was astonished as I read the negative reviews here but then realized they are older reviews...likely prior to new management. I have been practicing at Blue Moon for about four months now. I just completed their summer challenge!! Yay!! Despite the fact that the membership is not within my budget, I enrolled in autopay to ensure that I will continue to practice because my results have been amazing. My body is changing physically so much so that my piers and coworkers comment and are somewhat amazed. My mental and emotional state are very balanced at a very stressful time in my life. I look forward to seeing the instructors and the students. Some instructors are preferable to others for me but they all hold value. I'm particularly fond of a couple of the Vinyasa instructors who always have an inspirational message. I'm also appreciative of how clean the facilities are. I hope to continue my practice and become increasingly more healthy for a long time. Thank you Blue Moon for a safe place to grow!!

One can read the reviews, and think to themselves...why would I ever go there due to the reviews? I have been subjected to this woman people speak of and love the yoga so much I was willing to deal with her. Having said that, what a gift it was hearing as I walked inside that the studio is under new ownership!!! Very kind and nurturing environment for one and all.
