Blue Ribbon Fitness is a fitness business created by certified fitness trainer Jordan Alexander (@bodiesbyjordan) as a platform to help people become the best they can possibly be. The Blue Ribbon training program is centered around a 4 phase Strength & Conditioning program designed to help client lose up up to 2.5lbs a week while also developing lean muscle. Head coach and CEO, Jordan Alexander has over a decade of training experience and has helped transform countless people around the world transform their bodies. Jordan currently trains clients personally in Arcadia CA, while also servicing clients online with his online program. Blue Ribbon Fitness has a mobile app and live zoom Classes every week.

I’ve been training with Blue Ribbon Fitness for a while now, and working with Jordan has been an incredible experience. He’s always responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested in my progress. Jordan helped me with meal prep guidance, customized workout plans, and stayed consistent with coaching even after I moved out of LA — something I really appreciate.
I have a very busy work schedule, but Jordan has always been flexible and willing to adjust sessions to fit my availability. We’ve even trained over Zoom, which made it so much easier to stay on track no matter where I was.
