I have just started with Jessica and very impressive as a person and a trainer. So glad she is in Los Osos and will work with seniors without talking too fast or doing more than an older body can do FOR NOW I intend on using her expertise to have more mobility and balance. It's a great way to get out of my house as I am a care giver and I can go to her house for ME time. Thank you for being there for us old gals Jessica and sign up before she is so busy she can't take new clients. Los Osos is lucky to have you in our community.

Working with Jessica has been an absolute game-changer. I struggle with repetitive workouts and motivation, but I genuinely look forward to our sessions. She introduces new equipment and a variety of exercises to keep things challenging and fun - all at an affordable price.

Jessica's encouragement and positivity is genuine and intentional (i.e., not I need to... but I want to...) Her supportive energy and guidance has completely changed my mindset toward strength training - especially squats and free weights.

Most importantly, Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable about safety and technique. She has helped me heal an injured hip that I've been nursing for 2 months. She pays close attention to my form, correcting me to prevent injury and ensuring every movement is effective. As a result, I've not only gotten stronger but have also gained confidence in my ability to work out safely on my own. I can't recommend her enough!
