My daughter has been dancing at Bobbie’s School of Performing Arts in Newbury Park for the past three years, and I can’t say enough good things about this studio. She started in recreational classes and now dances on the Junior Company competitive team, and the growth we’ve seen both in her dance skills and her confidence has been incredible.

Bobbie’s offers a wide variety of classes including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and ballroom, which gives dancers a well-rounded foundation. The coaches and instructors are not only talented and professional, but truly inspiring. My daughter looks up to them and always leaves practice energized and happy.

The studio is well-managed and always improving. The facility is clean, updated, and welcoming, and the staff is organized, quick to respond, and kind. I’ve been especially impressed with how smoothly they run competitions and recitals, all while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

What really sets Bobbie’s apart is the community they’ve created. It’s a supportive, encouraging environment where kids are pushed to grow but also feel safe and valued. Even when an issue came up in the past involving another parent, the studio handled it quickly and professionally, which speaks volumes about their leadership.

If you're looking for a dance studio in the Conejo Valley that offers high-quality training in a positive, family-friendly setting, I highly recommend Bobbie’s School of Performing Arts. It's been a wonderful experience for our family.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful dance academy. Our daughter has been dancing there for the last year and absolutely loves it! Teacher Suzy and Cassidy are wonderful and invested in getting our daughter to learn dance and ballet. Truly an amazing place.

Bobbies is a world class dance studio with caring, professional and unbelievably talented teachers. My daughter has danced since she was two and when we moved her to Bobbies her growth in this art was exponential. Not only has she grown as a dancer but her passion for dance has grown as well because of the loving and encouraging atmosphere provided by Bobbies. The owner and staff have created a family with the dancers; the bond between all is so very special. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Bobbies to adequately express what this studio has to offer.

When we brought our 2 year old to her first dance class at Bobbie's, we expected her to get some beginning dance training and then we'd see how she liked it. What we didn't expect was the family-oriented, nurturing, and supportive atmosphere in which dance is taught there. Four years later, our daughter has definitely grown in her dance training, but she also is learning how to be a part of a team; a team that is like one, big family. Not only do the teachers set that example, but so do the older students, who are so supportive and are excellent role models for the younger kids. All that's not even beginning to commend the level and skill of the teachers and dancers at the studio... they are AMAZING!! I can't say enough good about Bobbie's -- so grateful to be there!

My three kids have danced at Bobbie's for years and have received excellent training and confidence in their dance and performing skills. All three have pursued professional careers inluding a world tour, several TV shows, films, commercials and live events. Their staff is the most accredited in the area, established in the industry and they truly care about each individual dancer.

I enrolled my son into Bobbies Hip Hop class because I had heard it was a very good school. I think he has been given good training for an outrageous price. Bobbie's charged me hidden fees that are truly egregious. I wasn't informed of the $26 ticket prices per family member to see my child perform until the week before the performance. Had I known I'd be paying an additional $100 dollars to see my child perform after already paying $100 for his costume and $125 for the last month tuition (which only included two weeks) I never would have continued the program. Beware of Bobbie's hidden fees; I think it is dishonest and would not recommend them. I will say that teachers are skilled and have taught my son some good dance moves; however, the last minute ticket prices should be shared up front.
