I've always been the kind of guy to work out for a month or two and just stop. Been attending since September 19 and I can really notice the difference in weight and stamina. This place is great for small group training. Each workout session is different and Iβve noticed a big difference for my body type since starting 3 months ago. Iβm a long time gym member and adding these sessions definitely has helped me get results quickly. Turill is a great friend of mine. I've known him since we were both in high school. A mutual friend of ours suggested that I check out one of his classes. I did and had a great time. I definitely had a good workout.
I later spoke to Turill about some lower back pain that I was experiencing, and he suggested that I come in. He was able to help me stretch and target the source of discomfort. He was sure to tailor workouts that helped relieve the pain, as well as push me enough to reach fitness goals.
Turill is very professional and really takes time to listen to his clients wants and needs. I would definitely recommend coming here for anyone that is looking to start and/or stay in shape.

If your looking for a personal trainer and a great place to workout then Bodies Performance is the place for you.
Turill provides a stable platform for everyone to workout, loose weight and become healthier.
In my case I'm overweight, have bad knees and a bad back.
Turill found exercises that helped me strengthen my core, build muscle and loose weight all durring a 1 hour class a few days a week.
The class is made up of 5 to 10 people, all are following a guide that has you working on targeted muscle groups. Some days is a fast paced and others are more moderate.
In closing if you need to get into shape and start feeling healthier about yourself Turill at Bodies Performance is the place for you.

Love Turill! I started working out with Bodies Performance almost a year ago now. I started to see results instantly. I was in pretty bad shape when I first started training with Turill and he definitely worked with where I was at and continues to help me progress as I get stronger. When I first started I never felt put down because I couldn't keep up, he kept pushing me and I started to lose inches fast! He also focuses on mobility and body position which I love.
I ended up getting pregnant a few months in and as I get closer and closer to the due date he continues to work with what my body can handle, but still pushing me as I go. He never makes you feel like you can't do something. Bodies Performance can work with a variety of people and levels (including pregnant women!). Thanks Turill! With nearly five decades of being an athlete Iβve worked with multiple coaches and trainers and worked out in multiple disciplines. Flat out Iβve gotten the best results, and within a surprisingly quick time frame, working out under Turillβs direction than from any other coach.
By the time of my second session I thought I was already starting to see results. It wasnβt just me. Others noticed it too. Months in the change is noticeable not just in the way I look but in how I feel and clarity of mind.
The energy in Turrillβs gym is palpable and itβs there every single time. He attracts all ages and all abilities and drives them to improve. He wonβt coddle you, but heβs no drill sergeant. He knows just the right mix of exercises and tempo to get the most out of you no matter your level. If you bring the work, heβll provide the guidance to get you where you want to be.

I would recommend Turill's plan to any kind of sports, and ages from middle schoolers to high schoolers. Here are five reasons why,
1) Great price.
2) One of the best group trainer, I have ever had.
3) Makes a strong connection with his athletes.
4) Very funny, as well as the athletes around him.
5) You will definitely improve.
I am a sprinter in track, and before I had him I was stuck on the 100m doing 12.3~12.1 seconds. But I just broke it this year, and got a time of 11.84 seconds. It might not seem a lot, but he did something that other coaches couldn't do to me.
All of this was possible at a great price. An average cost of a personal trainer is about $60 to $70 per hour. If you want to do this for 4 days each week, and a total of 8 weeks, it will cost $1,920 to $2,240, or $240 per week. Turill does his workout at $500 for 8 weeks, meaning each week will cost $62.5, and each day is about $15.(This is his summer plan)
Working out with Turill will save your wallet, improve you, and give you a great experience. You will not regret it.

By far the best trainer I've ever gone to. In the amount of time I worked with Coach Turill, I had major improvements in both agility and balance. Furthermore, his knowledge and expertise in speed drills enabled me to focus on my weaknesses and develop a wide array of skills. I have been training with Turill for about seven months now, and I have not been more impressed with my progress. Not only does the gym have amazing equipment, but the staff has really made an impact on my life. I drive about 30 minutes to get to HB HITS, and there is no room to complain. I feel I have cheated myself for not doing this years ago. Finding someone who is supporting you 100% to be stronger physically and mentally is priceless. I have been training with Turill for about 3 months now and am very happy with the results so far. He has helped me not only lose weight, but also gain muscle. At the age of 34, he has helped me get into the best shape of my life. Prior to training with Turill, I could not even jog half a mile without feeling dizzy and out of breath. After about only two months of personal training sessions, he has helped me cut 4 minutes off of my mile time and I feel great afterwards.
I highly recommend working out with Turill as he always has a positive attitude, always pushes me past my limit and makes working out fun! I like that no two workout sessions are ever alike and that he is always changing the workouts. He is also great about modifying workouts depending upon which areas I am sore in and always emphasizes proper form , which I think is very important. I've been training under Turill's supervision January 2013 and I've really feel a big difference in my strength. I'm retired and my children gave me a month of training session to keep me healthy. It has made a big difference in my strength. My goal was to improve my golf game by improving my core muscles. Turill has worked with me and I'm happy to say that I'm hitting the ball longer and don't get tired after a round of golf. The added benefit is that I lost 15 lbs and feel great.

My only regret with working with Turill is that I haven't gotten to work with him longer. I started working with him in the summer of 2013 to improve my track speed and time. In the short time that I have worked with Turill I have improved a lot. I can see a difference in my sprints and I am running a lot faster. This track season is a promising one for me. The thing I like most about Turill is that he doesn't get mad when you do something wrong. He takes the time to correct you and even show you himself. He is also a great motivator. Turill has been my coach and personal trainer for 5 years now and he's pushed me and helped me both physically and mentally to be the best athlete I'm able to be. I've seen nothing but positive gains, and I don't believe I'd be where I am today if it wasn't for Turill. He makes training fun, but will always push you to your limit. I look forward to training with Turill everyday, rather than debating about not going to training that day because I didn't like my trainer.
