Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a yoga studio in Santa Clara offering holistic wellness classes consisting of yoga, tai chi, meditation, and breathwork based on 5000-year old Korean traditions. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners and more advanced classes to energize and heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Last few years till November 2021 i was not able to walk on concreted pathways and i used to walk within my house only. In a public place i used to wobble when i force walking on me. Covid enforced more of inhome stay and post covid when i increased my public exposure, anxiety factor added further miseries to my already exising βbalanceβ issues. I thought i had to use a walking stick at any early stage of my life.
I started googling for yoga & meditation centers. I bumped into Body & Brain yoga online classes. Master Michelle made an initial diagnosis & initiated me into taichi & chair yoga. Later i extended to their other energy , chakra yoga etc. i have done the indian yogas at various reputed centres. But the contnuity was a problem there. They teach for a duration and then it has to become our own routine. That is where i miss out my continuity. But in Body & Brain yoga centre, it is a continous journey with a group on a daily basis as a club member.
Three months of continous yoga with them, i am now a changed person- walking briskly on main road walking pavements, balance is back, confidence over flowing now. My whole family is happy now.
In short, i started Body & Brain yoga with suspicion, continued with hesitation but now after few months confirmed my life membership with addiction. The suspicion gave way for hesitation which in turn ended in addiction to yoga. No day passes in my life today without finishing the online classes at this centre. Not only that ,apart from online classes they make us visit them in person and correct the mistakes that creep into our exercise from time to time.
Master michell heads these programs with her vibrant team. I am writing this not just to say nice words about something as a normal friendly endorsement. I am writing this with full social responsibilty- when something will benefit the wellness of the society i thought i should unhesitatingly endorse the program. Hence i am endorsing Body & Brain centre with no hesitation having tasted the benefits myself.
Please do yogas that will make you healthy. But make sure you do this continously with conviction. Also enjoy doing with a group that has a different age group from 8 years to 90 years!! And all these parameters will lead you to Body & Brain yoga centre⦠God bless..

Best Yoga Studio ever! Not only because through Yoga exercises they helped you to connect with your inner self but because they teach you how to manage your brain to live in a positive and happier way. I joined Body and Brain Yoga 2 and half years ago because I needed help to manage my stress and anxiety (I was going through a very stressful moment at that time that caused me a visit to ER), since then, I have been able to manage my stress successfully and because of that I am.living a more mindful, peaceful, happy life. The feeling and connection you start to have after joining Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi center is amazing! You start noticing things around you and communicating in a different you. Best part, is feeling this energy after the class, inside and outside that is changing to a brighter you, uplifting for sure, especially in this time. I like how they also offer variety of classes that fit everyone and the mood you are in of course with experienced masters and instructors!

I have been doing Yoga & Tai Chi with Body & Brain in Santa Clara for 9 Months.After the first 2 months i could really feel my own energy expanding, also i am able to control my thoughts much easier. There is such a variety of classes and the Instructors there do a Great job of helping you at your own pace for your body condition. I would really recommend this practice to anyone who has a difficult time with controlling their thoughts and emotions!

have had migraine for a long time! It became worse last year. I have tried many medications even I did acupuncture, but they didn't work.Then,I found this institue and enrolled in Its yoga class. I did yoga before but it's different. Master An is amazing she helps me alot. She is so dedicaed.. Right now I have a few migraine attacks in a month.

I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is wonderful. I have been going there for a few months now. The classes have been very instructive and fulfilling. Master Ann is a very good instructor and her classes are challenging but I always leave feeling better than when I entered!

I have been associated with Body n Brain Yoga center for more than a year and have experienced lots of improvement in my health conditions. My breathing pattern has improved a lot ..just within 2 months.. It is a very friendly, well organized and clean facility. Master An is absolutely great, very strong in guiding meditation. She gives the students superb variety of postures for every part, muscle and joint in the body. There are very special digestive exercise classes, wooden pillow classes, and Tai-Chi classes. I so enjoy this yoga class that combines energy exercises, meditation, breathing, and yoga. In less than a month I am sleeping better, have lost my head-aches, am stronger, and feel more grounded. I just completed my first week as a member of the Dahn Yoga center and it has already change my life in a major way. I have never tried yoga before and this is the first ever place that I went to. I am very stiff and lazy when it comes to stretching. Dahn yoga made me feel energetic and relaxed after the first session. My left shoulder hurts after each strength training at gym. Dahn yoga has made that pain go away and I exercise more often now with weights.
overall, I feel happy, stress free, relaxed, better sleep and more mentally and physically healthy. the staff is also 5 star!

been almost 2 years since i joined, had trouble sleeping, pain in my right shoulder, loss of flexibility due to desk jobs, was constantly sleepy. After 3 months i noticed everything changing. Using breathing techniques, i could calm my thinking and fall asleep faster, the pain in my shoulder has vanished, i have more energy after every class, and am glad to be able to touch the floor again.

When I went to Dahn Yoga for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. I really like this studio, it's in a great location and the staff is really helpful and wonderful. I suffer from head aches due to stress. And after two weeks of class I felt a big difference in my health. I was able to relax and get a lot of stress released. Now I no longer need to take migraine medicine, and my health condition has never been better. After one month I ended up signing up for a year. If you have a stressful job and need something to clear your mind this is a great Yoga to practice.
