Josh Boulware may be skilled in training, but he’s completely unethical and unprofessional. I’ve waited an entire year for a refund, and he has ignored every single message lately. I was even ready to invest in a lifetime of sessions if he could help me reach my fitness goals but thankfully I avoided this big mistake. He has opened his own business lately and advertised it via his social media, but pathetically, he can’t even pay back my $1,621 refund. Be warned: don’t trust him with your money. Free advice from me—never, ever pay him a penny without a physical contract, and never agree to pay him for the assessment session over the phone. Please see the attached screenshot emails below for proof. And Josh, if you are reading this, your clients deserve to know the kind of person you truly are.

Been training here for a good minute and I got to say I was hesitant at first but Josh and Ralph are awesome! And I feel great with the workouts and the knowledge they provide! I’ve had frequent injuries in the past and they’ve helped me correct my form and get me in shape all pain free! If you’re thinking about signing up I’d say just do it! I have been seeing Josh (and one of his trainers Olga too) since February 2024. What I love the most about body by Boulware is that they listened to my goals and tailored my training to exactly what I need. They explain why and when to do workouts, what muscles are being targeted and eliminate junk sets. They are efficient in training but also in nutrition, body care, and attention. In the 3.5 months I have trained with them, I have advanced profusely. I am ahead of schedule on my goals and I gained extra bits of knowledge like how to hit calorie and macro goals, how to buy groceries and cook to fit my needs and how to change my schedule to fit all of this in. I truly am satisfied with my money spent here and will continue to spend it , knowing it’s going towards improving my life.

Josh and his team pushed me hard but in the first couple of months, I’m already the strongest I’ve ever been, lost 5% body fat and it just feels like it’s the beginning. Josh is so great and attentive to his clients! I read all the 5-star reviews and knew his personal training service was the one to choose. My first session with him was my consultation, and it was very thorough. We talked through my goals, took my measurements, discussed meals, he showed me how to navigate the Body by Boulware app (which is a great way to track progress and log meals and exercises), and then we talked about who would be training me.

Luckily for me, Olga is who he chose for me, and I have had the best results with her. She is the utmost professional: she is super knowledgeable and has been working out for a very long time — her own body proves how hard she works! She pushes me to be better every time we work out, but she's not a drill sergeant, which I really need. She has her client's best interests and ensures she is realistic about what is needed to attain goals! She also will be honest when accountability is needed. In almost four months, I'm down 15 lbs. and 7 inches around my waist. I definitely recommend Olga to anyone who is serious about starting their fitness journey!

I’ve been training with Raph for 3 months now, and I got so much value from working out under his programs. I have been weight lifting for 3 years before training with Raph, but he taught me how to lift properly to build more muscle effectively. I’ve been seeing more progress in the past 3 months than what I saw in the past year when I was working out by myself. I reached out to Body By Boulware for help getting back in shape after having my son. He responded promptly to set up an assessment and determine the right trainer to work with me. He paired me with great trainers! Both are super knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Once I was off and running, Josh checked in to make sure it was a good fit. A major plus for me was how flexible and accommodating of my scheduling constraints the trainers were - they worked with me to set up makeups whenever life got in the way of my training. Josh and his team are professional, attentive and accessible. Unable to reply to your response - therefore, I am updating it here. I have the correct business Josh Boulware. I was charged for Holmes nutrition protein bag and never received the bag. I was charged for multiple sessions that were canceled by you. There were multiple times where you (Josh Boulware) did not show up to the training sessions, multiple times where you were late by 30 mins to an hour and consistently giving excuses and pairing me with different trainers. There was no consistency. This behavior is repetitive (one of your other clients also mentioned to me that this was happening on a consistent basis with them too and also felt uncomfortable by your physical behavior). I was touched inappropriately multiple times during our sessions. Only to find out later - this was happening with multiple female clients to fool them into a comfortable relationship that would later be used as a tactic to scam money from them. I was told my sessions are $90 per session but some clients are only paying $50-65 dollars (FOR A 30 MINUTE SESSION!!!!) - RIDICULOUS!!!! Multiple fraudulent charges found on my credit card for protein i never bought and sessions I never completed. Later, your trainer asked me how much I was paying for a session and when I told them the price - they told me that is very unreasonable because they were not getting a higher rate for sessions they are training with me. YOU ARE A SCAMMER. HORRIBLE PERSON!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. He's a Fraud. Do NOT book this guy. I over paid for sessions and he charged me for sessions I never did. Fraudulent charges. He's consistently LATE, careless and has no respect for other people's times. Tries to get too personal and close to women - very inappropriate.

Josh connected me with Ralph which was a perfect match. I came in after entering remission for breast cancer. My body has been so drained I felt like I was starting in the negative on my fitness journey. Admittedly it took me 5 days to recover just from my assessment. I didn’t know what to expect and figured it would take months before I saw any results. I will say Ralph has whipped me into pretty good shape in just 6 weeks. He’s super accommodating in regards to changing up a work out if my previous surgeries complicate it. He encourages me in the gym and at home. And also makes sure to remind me to stay on track. I truly enjoy his company as well. He’s so easy to get a long with. AND most importantly he doesn’t make you feel bad if you need extra help. Creating a safe environment to work on your fitness is so important. It’s nerve wracking starting that journey and knowing you have someone truly rooting for you makes a world of difference.

And I wanted to add. Even though I was active before I got sick I have never in my 32 years of life have had a defined calf muscle. And while it’s still small, it’s there! I’m excited to see what more muscle tone and definition Ralph can out of me.

I’ve been training with the Body by Boulware crew for a little over 2 months now and I have to say that my experience has been very positive. I’ve lost 17 pounds since I started with them and have felt stronger than I’ve ever felt. With context, I see my trainer Jake (who is fantastic!) 4-5 times a week. I’ve never been familiar with using the gym but it’s gotten easier with repetition. If you are willing to put in the time and effort the Body by Boulware team will guide you and help you not just with utilizing the gym appropriately but also aid in nutrition accountability. For me, it’s been quite a change (no gym to going 5 times a week) and with that said, everyone has their own pace and goals. However, I can confidently say that whatever those goals are, this group will equip you to the best of their ability to make those goals a reality.

Jake is amazing at what he does. I was skeptical and hesitant when I started because I was coming from a bad experience with a personal trainer at a different location but it was definitely the right decision. It’s worth the extra commute and time. Jake is patient but knows how to push you. It’s never a question of “will I reach my goals?” With Jake. He takes his time with you to make sure you’re doing the best you can and will check in on you on days off to make sure you’re staying on top of your diet, he’ll hold you accountable for sure! I’m not quite sure what made me want a personal trainer but I’m glad I did from the beginning everyone was amazing from first time meet Josh and that first session to see where I was at physically he let me pick who I wanted to work with from the bat I asked Josh who would he recommend for me he said Jake or Nash I picked Jake and been working with him for quite a few months now and I don’t regret it he goes above and beyond just asking about my diet and me working out he helps keep me motivated on any goal I set for myself he works with my crazy schedule and doesn’t get upset when I can’t make it in he works with me around any obstacles to try to help me fit going into the gym I can say I’m glad I get to work with him he is the reason I’m comfortable in the gym at all even for the couple times I worked with Nash she pushed me more then I thought I could do and she always reminds me I’m stronger then I am even though I don’t regularly work with her she still checks in when she sees me and will talk for a while not just a small hi and walk away but actually makes you feel welcomed and I appreciate that the whole team is amazing for Jake Nash and Josh I say thank you for not giving up on me or letting me give up

I’ve been seeing Jake for about 4 months now and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Today was my one month check in with Josh! I’m typically a very self conscious person - but Josh made this entire process so comfortable for me. From the first phone call to the first meet and greet in person - I never once felt uncomfortable. He is easy going, friendly, and EXTREMELY educated. I am at the highest weight I have ever been in my life. I tried gym memberships and end up paying month after month, but never go after the first few weeks. I chose Josh Boulware because he had fantastic reviews. Boulware workouts are amazing because it is never the same. I have lost 17 lbs. in 2 months!! He will get your heart pumping, that is for sure. I have noticed a difference when I take photos. My skin is glowing and thinner! I feel more confident and beautiful than I have in years, and that is only with 2 months of training! I only train with him up to 3 times a week. I was sore every day since, but it is a good feeling of accomplishment.

I’m so grateful for Josh and the difference he has made in my life.
After the reality hit of how much my body had changed during Covid, and not for the better, despite doing workouts at home and trying to stay in shape, I realized I needed help. Before I met Josh, I had never worked with a trainer and I had no idea what to expect. I reached out to another one of his clients to ask about her experience and she could not stop raving about him. If I had not been certain about him after our initial consultation, I was after my interaction with her. Josh's attention to detail sets him apart from everyone else. In our first session one of the things I needed to work on was the way I was doing my squats.
