I’ve been working out with Candy for almost two years now and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. When I first started, I had little to no exercise experience and was pretty nervous. We began with 1:1 sessions where she assessed my abilities, worked out my nutrition, and guided me through each step. Once I got the hang of dumbbells/ kettlebells/ movements, I joined her weekly group classes. They’re always challenging but so much fun. Candy has created a supportive and welcoming community at her studio, and I look forward to every class. I’m stronger, have more endurance, and just feel better overall. Sometimes I can’t believe how much weight I can handle now compared to when I started. Candy is the best! ♥

What a great place. Candy is full of knowledge and puts care into designing each workout. The group classes are high intensity but appropriate for all levels and she’s really patient about making modifications for those who have injuries or different experience levels. She is super kind, fun, and a true expert.
As a woman I feel really comfortable in her classes, which are open to all but skew femme. The community here is great too! Everyone is super nice and the energy is great. I actually look forward to exercising which has never been the case for me.

I’ve been working out with Candy 2x/week for over 9 months now & am obsessed with how her classes make me feel. I’ve always incorporated cardio but Candy’s holistic training methods with weights have changed my life! Never thought I would be lifting this heavy in my 30’s. Not to mention how uplifting it is working out in a group setting with like minded people of all fitness abilities. Candy is great with modifying exercises if you have any limits or injuries & will have you on a fast track to feeling your strongest!

The best gym / workout / training experience I've ever had. Great community and beautiful studio. Candy is incredible - she is highly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and fun and my body has been transformed in the year I've been taking her classes. Not only do I feel incredible mentally and physically, but the real-world results are undeniable; I just did a very physical job for a week and I am so much stronger than I was a year ago! Candy is the absolute BEST! I’ve been coming here for a little while now and my whole life has changed. I feeling so much better about myself and now I’m eating better every day too (can’t waste all this hard work!) I feel more flexible and strong, and I’m excited to come to class! Candy is super supportive, nice, and an incredibly effective trainer who keeps her classes fun while also kicking your ass in the best way.
It’s a great class for all levels, all ages. She is knowledgeable about keeping the exercise safe for your body and is great with any modifications for injury or something. I started out with solo classes and now I go to the group classes multiple times a week and they are honestly the thing I really look forward to start my day now 💪

I've been training with candy for three years and I've absolutely loved the fitness journey I've been on as well as watching her business grow. I've never been in better shape in my life. Candy does an amazing job training full body. Hitting mobility, strength training, and cardio. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable.
If you need modifications or help with an injury she always has the best recommendations/adjustments/advice. There is no reason to be intimidated by her classes or solos. Everyone works to their own strengths and is super supportive. I'm excited Candy has a studio now. She has everything you need to help you get in the best shape of your life. Oh and its super fun!
