Kristi is the best! I’ve been doing personal training with Kristi for about 3 years now. I have learned so much, and that consistency and accountability is so important to my fitness goals. And it doesn’t mean you have to work out for hours. Kristi is always challenging me and incorporating different exercises and different ways to do them to keep me strong. I have had some issues with my neck and shoulder and Kristi has been able to help me retrain my body and get stronger to heal those issues. Not only is she my trainer she has become a good friend and supports me in my fitness goals and helping me to stay healthy for my family. It’s an everyday lifestyle and Kristi helps make that effortless for me to maintain. If you are looking to just get started or need to learn how to incorporate a routine on your fitness journey, give her a try you won’t regret it!

Kristi is a great trainer. Very knowledgeable in physical body training, nutrition, and even helped me through a fractured elbow.
I told her she should also be a physical therapist.
Plus she has many talents and is coming out with a mysterious book.
Finally after 3 years of training we have become friends and have great talks between us which makes working out a fun experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have known personal trainers since the 90s. I've worked with many. To date I have yet to meet a trainer who is more enthusiastic about fitness and helping clients then Kristi. Her enthusiasm and commitment however is surpassed by her knowledge of all things health and fitness related. She is the one I go to when I am stumped or I need another solution to a fitness question. I cannot give a higher recommendation than five stars, but I would. Do yourself a favor and try working with her for 6 weeks and watch the results.

I have been working with Kristi for 6 fantastic years although it feels like I’ve known her much longer. We continued on FaceTime when the world shut down and she has become an integral part in supporting me with my health and fitness. She listens and builds solid relationships with her clients, truly listening to their needs, while also challenging them to grow in their fitness. I was a reluctant gym person and I don’t necessarily enjoy working out, but she has given me confidence, taught me the all important form, strengthened me and varied my workouts throughout our time together. Kristi keenly knows the body up and down, trains accordingly, is highly knowledgeable about health and nutrition and skilled at providing the right fit for the varied ages of her clients.
