I am a certified personal trainer for over 20 years, I have my own private gym at my house in Woodland Hills, and also make home visits around the city. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, fitness classes, and building a strong community of like minded people. I work with all types of people and will stop at nothing to help them reach their fitness goals.
