They need to lock their front doors so that their patrons use the big empty parking lot in the back. It is nearly impossible to get parking on Central Ave for any of the other businesses there during peak gym hours. This shows a lack of support for their fellow small business neighbors.

Overall, it gets the job done. Being in this small town meeting fitness goals that include weightlifting and machines is difficult having to commute 30+ minutes away to another gym. First impressions, it is dirty. The machines are clean but the environment is just dirty and the restrooms are dirty besides that it is not worth spending $50+ a month for a dirty gym when planet fitness or golds gym gives you more, for less and a cleaner environment. Besides that love coming here I just wish it was a lot cleaner.

Let's be honest. It's a local gym in town & convenient buts that's it. Equipment is old, dumbells are falling apart & some not very well labeled. It's small with limited equipment. Summer time the air-conditioning is hardly on with all the doors open & is about as hot inside as it is outside. After 3pm the high school students take over & is extremely crowded & becomes the "hang out" for them. You are lucky to have a piece of equipment to use or able to get a desired dumbell. Staff is great but restrooms are horrible.
