I was there is 2023 - 2024 and my experience was not great. A lot of toxic masculinity - the music was super sexist. The environment was not comfortable for a sensitive gal like me. More inclusiveness would have been great. Staff is young and not very educated - first time there the kid showing me around put too much weight on a machine and I got injured, couldn't walk for a week. The sauna was yuck, they didn't clean it often at all. They do have some decent classes though and the machines are abundant and good quality. Being open 24 hours is a perk, and that's why I tried to stick it out.

Súper a nice and very communicative person. I asked for a “3-day pass” and they had it. I couldn't go that day and take the pass. But, definitely, it is a very convenient place, with many different options adjusted to your necessities. There were 5, 8, 10, 15 dias. All with different prices… super cool even the gay that took my call. Super patient and nice.

Great little town gym where you're not going to get away with being anonymous. You're gonna know somebody. If you don't like working out around teenagers, probably not the gym for you. I think it's great seeing the young athletes push themselves to be better, faster and stronger. That's what I did at 16. The owners and staff seem committed to a clean safe workout space. 24hr access is a great perk too.

Iv been going to BodyWorks on and off for 16 years.💪 My love for fitness started at Body Works.😀 It is truly a Great gym. Plus the New Owner revampt the entire thing and made it better then I could have emagined. 🙃 🤯More space to train, more equipment, Sauna, Massage Room, with Masseuse on site, you name it, Body Works has it, I recommend this 24 hour gym to anyone needing a Home with Awesome Energy, Great Trainers, and the Best Set Up in Town.👍👍

So two weeks ago my friend and I signed up for this gym I had left my number on a sheet of paper to be contacted back about free consultation that's included in the price to work out there I figured it would be worth it since they have staff to teach you what your doing. Well I was sorely mistaken as just today I got a call back from them asking if I would like a free consultation at this post I'm over it and why is it that hard when you run buissnes to get back to your customers after two weeks. This is rediculouse it shouldn't have taken two weeks to get back to me about this. So if you go here make sure your not a beginner as you'll be left in the dark. If the account wasn't under my friends name I would stop going to this gym. 12:45pm I shouldn't have to reach out to you again your the buisness offering a service and are responsible for paying attention to when a customer asks to be contacted back. I stand by my one star if I could give none I would.

Hands down the best gym in Humboldt County. There’s tons of equipment, plenty of machines & they have literally everything you need (CrossFit, Bootcamp classes, boxing room, ab area, stretching/foam roll areas, group fitness, sauna, showers, cardio, literally you name it they have it).
