BBFIT is a community of individuals committed to the same goals: health and well-being! This gym is a great place for anyone who is ready to start their fitness journey, or pick up where they left off. It has motivated me to prioritize myself and has pushed me to reach my fitness goals. I appreciate that the workouts are laid out and explained to be able to follow with ease, and how the trainers help you with your technique to better target the muscle groups you are working. I love the challenge, the workouts, the gym, and the trainers alike. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a gym!

My favorite part of BBFIT is the expertise, dedication, and care that my trainer gives to my workouts. Kayla is energetic, so positive, and has a wealth of fitness knowledge. I have fallen IN LOVE with lifting weights and I credit that to her. It has changed my life and I am forever grateful.

This is my 4th week at bbfit. I’ve done a couple pop in classes here and there but this month I actually signed up for the 7 week session! I absolutely love this gym! Every single trainer makes you feel welcomed and they are all very encouraging! What I love most about bbfit is the variety of class times that they offer and how the classes are always different, never the same workout! It makes the time fly by and makes me want to come back again and again! I’m hooked!!

Literally the best gym in california. Kayla is the nicest human being I've ever met and super knowledgeable. Everyone is so nice and there's 0 judgement. Barbell club is perfect for people with gym anxiety and don't know where to start or for people who just don't like commercial gyms (which if you do you're lying to yourself and just don't know any better). Also the InBody scans are the coolest thing ever for tracking progress! Last but definitely not least, the emotional support golden doodles you get to hang out with every class!

BBFIT is by far the best gym in Turlock! Trainers are positive and uplifting. Classes are fun but challenging. Music is always on point and scheduling classes is flexible so it’s easy to find a class that fits in my busy and unpredictable schedule as a working mom of 2. They have a play room right to the side to have the option of bringing kiddos and dog therapy from the sweetest doodles is the cherry on top! Kalya and her team are the BEST!!! So glad I found them.

I started personal training with Kayla almost 6 weeks ago and it’s been such a great experience. I came in with very little strength training experience, but she helps me feel very comfortable and confident with each exercise. Each week I can lift a little more and it feels great knowing that she’s not going to push me to overdo it. I truly look forward to each session twice a week. The other trainers I’ve met are very kind and encouraging. The gym itself is very clean and up-to-date.

I started working out at BBFit after being recommended by a friend so that I could get a jump start as I felt my at home workouts were falling flat. After my first session I was hooked and knew it would no longer be a temporary plan. The trainers were super welcoming and personable. They challenge you and encourage you to reach your full potential. It is also conveniently located right off the freeway (HWY 99) making travel time to and from the gym minimal. The atmosphere is free of judgment and full of encouragement and motivation. Any age group and fitness level will succeed here trainers modify and advance classes to make them beneficial for all.

I love everything about BodyBest Fit. I feel very welcome and am challenged every class. I like that every class is different. There are people at every fitness level and all are encouraging. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a clean, challenging, fun place to work out.

I cannot say enough good things about Body Best Fit! I have never loved a gym or workout as much as I love the environment and trainers at BBFit. It's such a welcoming environment with people of all levels working out together always having fun and encouraging one another! Kayla and her team put together amazing workouts that can be scaled to your own level and there's never any doubt you're going to walk away feeling accomplished. As a consistent BBfiter since 2021 I can honestly say that I will never, ever look for another workout or gym - this is the place to be in the 209!!

Looking for a place to level up in your fitness & health. BBfit has a great inviting atmosphere while having the cleanest and latest fitness technology. Been a BBfitter since 2019, been seeing the most progress in my mood and health since attending BBFIT. This is the place that has no judgment zone and really brings out the best in you! Kayla and her pups are the best personal trainers in the 209. Kaylas always looking for the next level to bring and educate all that comes to the gym. Always a great driven attitude!

I love this gym! The classes are always really good and have a lot of variety so you are never bored. The trainers are all very encouraging and help you perfect your form, which I personally really appreciate. I love the mix of cardio with lifting. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a really good workout!

I've been a member of bbfit since July of 2020. I decided to give Kayla's nutrition program that she offers at her gym a try because I my eating habits regardless of going to gym almost everyday weren't the best. I was not losing weight and having trouble toning out. I felt like "let me try to just eat more fruits and veggies and see how that goes" but of course it was not enough. This program right from the start had me take a before photo and an after and I'll say this...WOW! This program has changed my life tremendously! Not only have I lost weight and started toning up, I feel more energized and healthier! I never felt starved with this program. You eat REAL WHOLESOME HEALTHY FOOD that is delicious and fulfilling! It taught me about label reading, healthy fats, portion size (which was still enough for me to feel full in a good way) and so much more! Kayla answered all questions I had and even set up a private Facebook group with others doing the program as well so you always had support. And everyone shared so many delicious recipes on the page as well which was such a big help! What's more phenomenal about this program is it's not a diet (I hate the word diet cause it has the word DIE in it lol!) It's a lifestyle you can use forever! So if you're trying to lose weight, wanting to learn more about nutrition or just simply want to eat healthier, I highly recommend this program!

BBFIT is amazing! We just finished the nutritional program and I highly recommend it to anyone either looking for a healthy lifestyle change or anyone who just wants to lose a little bit of weight. I lost a total of 11 lbs in 6 weeks and I learned so much about food labels and what we should or shouldn't be eating on a regular. I will continue to take these lessons with me and will hopefully do this again the next time the program is offered.

I started coming to BBFIT over 2 years ago through a recommendation by a client/friend. I was interested in the new boxing classes. Who knew I would still be going consistently for the last 2+ years? It was the best decision I ever made. I’ve tried other classes at BBFIT but boxing is my favorite (shoutout to Maggie, you’re the bomb!). All the trainers are amazing. Kayla makes you feel like family and truly appreciated. I’ve made friendships with so many people. It’s been quite the experience. If you want to feel like you are more than just a paying body, come to BBFIT. You’ll never look back!

I started coming here two years ago because Maggie was teaching boxing, and I fell in love with this gym! Everyone is so nice, the classes are tough but in a good way! The variety of classes they offer is a really cool. Where else can you do HIIT, boxing, yoga, cardio dance and weightlifting?! I always look forward to coming to the gym and seeing Maggie, Kayla and of course Honey! I’m the strongest And healthiest I’ve ever been and it’s all thanks to this wonderful gym!

BODYBEST•FIT is absolutely the BEST gym I have gone to. I have been coming for the last 2 months and am so glad I found them online. I always wanted to take boxing classes and when I saw they offered a free class to see if you would want to join I knew I had to give it a shot. I went for my first class with Maggie and she was so amazingly helpful! I was so nervous but she really broke things down and made it easy to follow and so fun. I signed up and tried a HIIT class with Kayla and loved it, the trainers are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the HIIT & Boxing classes because each class is different and when I walk out of class I feel so accomplished! I’ve done exercises that I would never think I could do. A regular gym doesn’t challenge you the way that BODYBEST•FIT does. I also just completed the Clean & Lean Challenge for 6 weeks. It was such a great program that had daily check-ins, recipes, meal planning resources and daily lessons on different health topics. I gained so much knowledge from the program and totally recommend it. If you are thinking of joining BODYBEST•FIT you will not regret it! Join & change your life!
