Such a great experience! So different than any other workout you’ve done before. I loved how I felt after and I didn’t think I’d be sore but I was. I feel great. Devon was super motivating and eased me into my first session seamlessly. Already booking my next one :)

This was an interesting experience for me I had a theoretical idea of what was going to happen but it's a different thing experiencing it. Devon was friendly and informative
The training sessions intensity is entirely up to you throughout the entirety of the 20 minutes. The feeling itself is quite strange but you get used to it and it's very manageable.
It's a good work out. You ll feel it afterwards.

A must do. I have done a few fitness competitions and I wish I had known about this program sooner. It is so different, effective and rejuvenating. Devon is simply the best. She knows her stuff and an absolute delight to have as your coach!

My best friend introduced me to EMS last week and I had a blast. It’s a 20 mins effective workout which makes you sore for a couple of days. I absolutely loved it and will include it with my workout routine.
I live in Los Angeles, so I can’t commit more than once a week, but if you live closer then I definitely encourage you to do twice a week.
The trainer is absolutely amazing, patient and knowledgeable which made this workout even more enjoyable. Highly recommend it.

Devon is AMAZING and will give you a muscle building, crushing workout. In 6 classes, I’ve already decreased my body fat percentage 3% and increased my lean muscle mass by 5 pounds! I get Inbody scans regularly so, this has been huge. If you’re struggling getting back into the gym, doing this 20 minute workout twice a week with Devon will make a massive and quick difference in not only your body but also mentally and keep you motivated.

The trainers are amazing! Love this studio and that focused on Ems workouts. I had just had a baby and got cleared to workout - figured muscles hadn't been turned on/activated in a minute - so did research and with the suit - muscles would be woken up... then I broke my foot and Ems/this place helped keep my sanity (was able to still workout/do Ems with having broken foot). Trainers modify workouts to make it work for you and your goals. Also, workout is only 20 minutes - flies by but feels WORKED!
Literally have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! 100% a must to incorporate into workout routine. THANK YOU BODYBUZZ !!!

Rarely do I write reviews but my experience at Bodybuzz has helped me get “unstuck”. I noticed physical changes in my gym trainer and asked what she’s doing?
She told me about EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and offered me an introductory special so I decided to try.
I’m on my fourth session and am beginning to see some changes.
Devon, my trainer is exceptional - attentive, caring and genuinely invested in helping me achieve my goals.
I’ll update this review in 8 weeks with my progress as I’m excited to see the results!

2 months in and I’m feeling good and losing inches all over! I really enjoy the EMS workouts especially the short time for optimized results. All the trainers are great; very professional and personable and they push you - in a good way. I highly recommend Bodybuzz especially for those of you that are really busy. All you need is 25 mins to get in and out- I promise you will be glad you did. Your new & improved fit self will thank you!

I have tried every workout and hit class known to mankind, and BodyBuzz is the only workout where I see an increase in muscle tone in just three weeks of working out. If you don’t have 2 hours a day to hit the gym give this place a try. It is worth every penny.

Excellent place to get life changing results quick. Bodybuzz is on the cutting edge of changing the world of fitness. I sweat more in my EMS suit and have better muscle tone results than any HIT class/session I’ve ever participated in. Double the workout in half the time. I absolutely love it! My wife and I have been doing the body buzz workouts for about 1 1/2 months. We are both noticing positive results. We only go twice a week with one or two weeks when we went once. For her, legs, arms, and glutes have definitely toned. I am noticing abs where there haven’t been abs for a very long time. The workouts are generally body weight or light dumbbells, and only last 20 minutes. We both have a pretty busy schedule so this is perfect. Don’t be fooled! The electric impulses from the body suites work the target muscle groups hard and you walk away completely spent. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend you give it a shot.

For Complete stimulized muscles without the extreme hours at the gym .
The first work out can be customized to persons limitations if you have special needs .
I have to say you need to try it out I don't think you will go back to traditional weight lifting which is exhausting and repetitive.

Hector’s instruction has been superior for me. Coming off of my knee surgery, Hector is able to combine physical therapy type instruction with expert use of the body buzz equipment to reestablish my overall strength and fitness. He has shown intuition on how to motivate me to maximize my workouts, and seems to love his work. My immediate results are good, and I am inspired to have training that is strategic to my goals.
