I would recomend Drea to anyone looking for a personal traine. I have had the pleasure of working with Drea for 8 months, or so. Her background and on going traininig translate into a professional expereance. Personaly, I get a lot of use out of her workout space. It alway clean, well equiped and eays to get to.

Drea is a fantastic trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable in not only what you need to do in the gym but also nutrition. She is very good at tailoring workouts to each Individual and doesn’t just have you do generic workouts.

I have been working out with Drea for a few months and she is AMAZING. She has a ton of energy and is very motivating. She pushes me to be stronger and work harder and is very focused on making sure I use the correct form. I have been to dozens of gyms where eventually the trainer just chats away and stops paying attention to your form or your effort- not Drea - she is on it -- no slacking! I have been going to Body by Drea for several years now after having trained at a previous gym and with other trainers.. I've always been impressed with her sincere and personal approach to my needs and striving to reach the results and goals that we have agreed to together. I've had significant health challenges in my life and I know that today I'm in better shape than I was by far, before I started with Drea.

Drea's personal commitment to her clientele is unequaled in the traditional gym environment. I appreciate her hands-on approach and laser focus on achieving results not just for today, but those that will last years from today. Her focus on core principles helps educate you about your physical strengths and limitations in a way that is very empowering. The equipment at her facility is significant for a smaller facility and she strives to ensure that she is fully equipped to handle the challenges of anybody she trains.

I found through my past 11 years of going to gyms there are several different types of trainers and several different types training programs. People are different and this is why choice is an important factor in the decisions that you make. For my personal preference, Body by Drea represents a unique opportunity to work with a professional in a one-on-one environment that exactly meets my requirements and goals. I strongly recommend Drea. Not only am I in better shape than when I started physically, I feel that her training and encouragement has helped make me a better person.

I just love her! Her energy is so positive and enthusiastic and she is so motivating. She pushes you to be your best without killing you, and you can tell she is invested and passionate and really wants you to succeed. She’s results-oriented and takes care to measure progress in training. I am client based as well and not very flexible in my own schedule however, when I have a conflict she is so helpful so that I can fit our workout into my schedule. Time flies when we are training and normally I am watching the clock for it to be over. She’s bundle of positivity, knowledge and pure dedication. It feels authentic because it is and you can tell. AMAZING!!! TALENTED!! COMMITTED!! I was reluctant to get a trainer because of the expense and worrying that I wouldn't feel comfortable. But a friend of a friend recommended Drea and it was an incredible experience. I was in a rut and was feeling self conscious and she helped me to get moving in the right direction. I love that her gym is private and I don't have to see other gym goers. If you want to work hard and if you want to dedicate yourself to a transformation then Drea will get you there....BUT IT TAKES HARD WORK AND COMMITMENT. Best money I've spent!!!!

My workouts changed dramatically when I began working with Drea. She showed me that there is a lot of things I can do with very little time, and very little equipment. Drea met my body capabilities where I was at, and helped me progress from there! She is personable and genuine, she cares for all her clients and makes them a priority. This trainer is consistently unreliable, lacks boundaries and professionalism, and does not run her business with integrity. If you are someone who is serious in your commitment to your health and meeting your fitness goals, it might behoove you to look elsewhere for a personal trainer who has the ability to provide the training service for which they are hired.

I paid this trainer $780. My experience was filled with frustration and disappointment. My mistake was not bringing to her attention that her constant lateness, lack of focus, her excessive last minute requests to change our meeting times, made it difficult to create consistent momentum in my training and hindered my learning process.

Upon starting my training, I was made privy to this trainer's plethora of personal responsibilities. *Prior to signing up for the training and paying for the sessions* I first confirmed with her if she was available for training at the time and days that fit my schedule, and of course she said yes. However, after I paid and started the training, I quickly found out that was not the case, and I adjusted my own schedule to fit hers. Following, I continued to receive from this trainer frequent requests to change our meetings times. An occasional change to our appointment time with sufficient notice would've been acceptable, as I myself had to request. Her requests, however, were excessive and often last minute i.e. fewer than 24 hours of our scheduled appointment or just hours prior to our meeting time.

Perhaps I missed reading certain details in the fine print when I signed up? In addition to paying her $780, I hadn't realized I was also responsible for reminding her to be on time to *each* of our sessions or ask her to re-focus when she'd become distracted talking to others during my paid sessions. Or to request a simple courtesy notice that she was going to be late. Perhaps I missed that in the fine print. While I consistently arrived early to each session, she was on-time only to our first session, following she was chronically late, it was 1 of 3 scenarios:
#1 - Frequently I had to contact her to inquire if she was going to actually show up to our session, because she was not at the studio at our scheduled meet time
#2 - I'd received a message from her *after* our scheduled meet time, informing me she was running late
#3 - I was waiting for her to finish her chit chats with other people, at the time my session was scheduled to start

This trainer is talented at convincing you that she's committed to her clients, she rambles on about how training is her "craft" and "passion", but in actuality, she's quite self-absorbed and gets distracted very easily, either by chit chatting with other people at the studio who aren't even there to train with her while her paid client waits, or becomes distracted by her music which typically led to her "dance performances" all on her client's dime. She has no problem answering her personal call while "working" with a paid client. She has no problem making contact at inappropriate hours of the night (i.e. past 10pm) to request her usual last minute appointment change. She offered some resources to help in my training, none of which I asked for, I thought it was super generous and kind, but she didn't follow through. Initially I made excuses for her, i.e. she's very busy, has a lot of her plate etc. It took me a while to consider she's either unorganized, forgetful, lacks ability to focus, yet she tries hard to create a false pretense about her so called commitment to her clients. She doesn't walk the talk, but tries her hardest to convince you otherwise, with her words only. She makes a great first impression, but doesn't walk the talk once you've paid.

While this trainer now has the option to reflect on this free and invaluable insight of her poor service and lack of professionalism, and adjust her behavior to improve her business, I am still out $780.

I have been training with Andrea for a little over a year and I love her! She really knows what she’s doing, she is dedicated to her craft, passionate, and fun! Working out with her has made all the difference in my workouts. Her experience with training and health Brings confidence to the game and her motivation is real. She’s also an amazing Woman, mother and friend. If you want results and someone who is intune with your body then Andrea is the trainer to go to! I also trained with her when I was pregnant which was great, she knew exactly how to meet my training needs during that sensitive time!

I’ve been working out with Andrea for a couple months now, and she is absolutely amazing! She’s there for you every step of the way, cheering you on, encouraging you when you feel like giving up. She takes time to get to know you and your goals. Andrea very supportive, upbeat and real with you, it makes for a great experience with every work out. She documents every single work out, so you can easily track your progress. The gym atmosphere is like no other. I feel so welcome and absolutely no judgment when i am there. I couldn’t think of anyone better then this girl! She can be tough, but man she has a heart of gold. She puts everything she has in to each and every person. She’s not just my personal trainer, shes an amazing friend. She’s an answer to my prayers. I highly HIGHLY recommend Body By Drea!!!!

I have been working out with Andrea for about one year now, although I have known her much longer. She documents our workouts in a little book which I keep with me so I can make selections the times I work out on my own. She understands my body and tailors our workouts to my capabilities and we continue to work on overcoming my weaknesses. She is my cheerleader and we celebrate together when a new milestone is reached. If I am out of gas, she encourages me to finish when I may think I can't. I have become much stronger and more confident in myself since Andrea has been my trainer. Plus, she is a wonderful caring person and we have a lot of fun together.

Paladin Cannot defeat

I've been working with Andrea for a couple years since my last trainer went to New York to become an artist. Andrea took me as a client even though I have some serious health issues involving my heart. This year I had an aneurysm problem she help me through. The next month I was bitten by a baby rattlesnake (the worst) and she help me through that. In December I had my implanted pacemaker and defibrillator go off on Dec. 1. - 5 horrible. shocks. Yet each of these times she came to the hospital to visit me and to see if I needed anything. As busy as she is she is like some Angel that just knows when you need help. We are now working to prevent further episodes mainly because of her extensive training in anatomy, physiology, knowledge of good nutrition and proper exercise techniques. She is a life saver!
