So grateful that Ariana is teaching us North Bay! I absolutely loved her classes in the Marina and was so happy to see her on the schedule here! She has the best music and so many variations for all of her classes, you are always trying something new! Her classes suit all levels of students and definitely make you feel the burn. One of favorite instructors by far <3

She is so engaging and gives special attention to all of her clients! BODYROK must truly appreciate what a tremendous asset she is! In my quest to take a class at all BODYROK locations, I completed 6 more during the previous 2 weeks (4 in Atlanta and 2 in Charlotte). Those were great, but Meghan still stands head and shoulders above others!
The Mill Valley and Petaluma studios are just great!

I really enjoy going to BODYROK, some of my favorite instructors are Cole, Kayla, and Carrie although everyone is amazing. It is so motivating to workout with other strong women and men. I have never felt more confident, energetic, and happier than when I started going to bodyrok. Thank you for making this studio a welcoming place for everyone on their exercise/health journey

Bodyrok is definitely my second home. I love both the Mill Valley and Corte Madera studiosβevery instructor and front desk team member is fantastic, especially Cole and Kayla! Their playlists are fire, and the routines strike the perfect balance of fun and challenging. If you want to feel strong, look amazing, and stay injury-free, I canβt recommend Bodyrok enough. Daily if you can!

Large and bright studio with plenty of cubby spaces. I appreciate having the water fountain and bathroom. I've been to other locations that are smaller and just don't have these. Cole and Kayla are my fave instructors. Cole always has a positive energy, motivates everyone in a way that is not aggressive, and motivates without making you feel bad for needing to modify. Kayla offers great visual and verbal instructions and has great playlists too!

Love this studio! The instructors are amazing (shoutout to Meghan and Kristina!), and the workouts are consistently challenging yet approachable - I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed! I joined Bodyrok a year ago, and I've never felt better. Highly recommend!

My favorite reformer Pilates studio in the area! I have been going here regularly for over a year and the classes still feel very engaging and challenging every time. This is because all of the instructors are all amazing. Shoutout to the best teachers with consistency and always ensuring a very welcoming, fun, and challenging workout (Kristina, Meghan, Carrie, Kayla, Cole)β€οΈ. Carrie gave a great welcoming introduction to this entirely new thing to me called BodyRok. I appreciated that she gave me the run down of the amenities in the room so I could go to the bathroom and drink water before class (nerves). It was a challenging workout! NGL! However, it is obviously so targeted and an effective use of time so I think it's an engrossing and effective workout and I appreciated that Carrie came along and adjusted some parts of the reformer for me so I didn't get left behind in the routine. Bonus: The studio was very clean and bright.

Kayla was amazing! It was my first time at Bodyrok (I'm not new to pilates though). She walked me through the machine and provided feedback as I was getting use to the exercises. I loved her energy and pace of the class. I look forward to taking her again!
