Lovely Pilates studio with killer core classes! Appreciate how the classroom, bathrooms and lobby area are always clean and tidy. 🧼

Amazing work out 7 am. So much energy!!!
The facility is really nice and clean. Two all-gender bathrooms. Free locked lockers. Open shoe cabinets. Street parking in the front.
Nice club vibe for the classes. The instructor, Ari, was very knowledgeable and gave us modifications for beginners and advanced modifications.
I am just here for a beautiful Santa Barbara weekend. But will be back taking another kick azz cadio reformer class when i am in the area.

The best Pilates studio in Santa Barbara! I’ve been to a lot of Pilates places around town and BODYROK is the only one that doesn’t feel elitist/exclusive- is open to everyone- all shapes and sizes. You can tell all of the instructors love their job. Not to mention, the workouts are always a burner. Recommend for anyone :)

I took one of my first Pilates classes at Bodyrok SB over the holidays and it was definitely a push and so much fun! I arrived early and the gal at the front desk chatted with me a lot and was super friendly.
Kiara was the instructor for the class and I mentioned to her I was new to Pilates so she took time to demonstrate how to adjust the machines and go over the class structure before the class began, which was really helpful.
She provided clear modifications to make things both easier and more challenging and asked everyone about injuries as well. She gave a lot of specific feedback during the class, both positive and constructive, which made the class feel really personal and productive. The level is definitely challenging but the modification suggestions really help tailor it to anyone’s level. I took the “six packs and backs” class which also had a small quad and glute section in it too, so it felt really balanced.
The classes are smaller and fill up super fast so definitely recommend booking them in advance. I got off the waitlist.
Looking forward to doing more Pilates with Bodyrok!

Routines are challenging and fun with great playlists that match the heart pumping sessions. Each class offers a chance to level up to get stronger in each and every move. Instructors offer clear and concise cues allowing for easy and fast transitions between moves. Kiara and her team have given Santa Barbara a beautiful clean studio where an addictive workout is always fun and challenging

I’ve tried a lot of different group fitness classes, and Body Rok is by far my favorite for so many reasons. These workouts always have so much variety and you always feel leaving your best. Secondly, the community that this studio brings in is so positive and uplifting . The owner Kiara has done an incredible job crafting a space that makes everyone feel confident and comfortable but also challenged. All the instructors are amazing and each bring something unique to the table. Each 45 minute workout is the perfect amount of time to challenge you and guarantee to feel good and strong every time you leave. I would highly recommend this studio and workout to anyone!

I’ve been coming to bodyrok in SB for almost a year now and could not have had a better experience throughout. The trainers at bodyrok are super welcoming and offer modifications to protect your body while getting stronger, and ways to up level moves to push yourself! Overall such a knowledgeable, challenging, and motivating team, I always leave feeling my best self.

Obsessed with this studio! All the instructors are so sweet and encouraging. The studio is just the right size with 13 machines, nice big mirrors across the front of the room, and the entire facility always feels fresh & clean. It’s a great workout — the instructors give modifications throughout class on how to make moves easier or harder so each workout is accessible to all skill levels. I’ve been attending regularly for ~6 months now and it’s so cool to see how much stronger I’ve grown!

This is a really unique Pilates studio. I love that all of the classes challenge me in different ways every time. I’ve been going for over 6 months and I’ve gotten stronger in my arms, legs and abs. The instructors offer modifications and challenges for every move. This is a great low impact workout for after surgery as well. I had a foot surgery a year ago and these classes are awesome for rebuilding strength.

I only have good things to say about this studio. The staff and instructors are all super friendly. They vary their playlists, there are several different class types to choose from, and they change up the routines regularly — so it never gets stale. They also offer a ton of different class times! There is a broad range of clientele and instructors offer up modifications and challenges so you can always make it work for your body and skill level. The light in the studio is great (natural or fun colors, depending on the day), and the machines are new. I definitely feel stronger as a result of these workouts and would recommend it to anyone!
