I’m obsessed with this workout & the classes are extremely hard. No other Pilates studio is as hard as this studio. It is a 50 minute full body workout and every time I leave the class feeling amazing and strong. All the instructors are amazing I feel like other studios instructors aren’t as hard and I don’t leave the class feeling sore already! 10/10 recommend. Membership works at all Bodyrok San Diego locations. I love them all! La Jolla, bankers, one Paseo, 4S, Encinitas and soon Carlsbad !!

This is the best place !!!
Recently I moved to San Diego and I was checking around for my new place for Pilates .
After trying BodyRok I was like ok that’s it this is my place .
All girls are amazingggg , so welcoming, friendly, checking on you all the time .
My body feels so good after their classes.

I haven’t been to Pilates in at least two years, so was a little nervous. I took a class with Mercedes and I’m pretty much hooked. She was very nice when we walked in and just as friendly walking out. The class wasn’t too fast, she spoke clearly and didn’t rush each circuit. I will definitely be back!

Tried a Pilates class for the first time today, and had an amazing experience! Heather was my instructor, and she was awesome! So welcoming, great energy, and came to thoroughly explain the reformer and everything before we began. Coming from a weightlifting background, she was so knowledgeable with her movements and cues, and had me SHAKING! … in the best way! Will definitely be coming back and looking for her classes! 10/10 !

My favorite Pilates studio. I used to drive up to the one in Encinitas. The instructors are great. Workout is challenging & fun. Love the music. Studio is clean. Equipment are good, neither rusted nor old. Parking is not too bad. Have fun, everyone!

applied to the Pilates teacher training which required plenty of availability in the summer and is a substancial price. There was no follow up or communication regarding the program even to inform I wasn’t selected.
That’s just not considerate at all given the availability requirements.
Poorly planned and unprofessional. Would not invest in getting my training here as the preferred program is nearly double the hours anyway.

I love everything about this studio and have been obsessed from the moment I walked in!!! The coaches are very experienced, and the overall atmosphere in the studio is great. These teachers take pride in their classes…every class has been very well thought out and challenging. HIGHLY recommend!!!
