Since our inception in 1993, it has been our vision to create a healing arts center that is the catalyst for generating a better quality of life for our clients through education, movement and various therapeutic disciplines in order to produce deep healing, greater awareness and knowledge of the body.
Bodysattva is a place where you can slow down enough to listen to your body, acquire self-awareness techniques and experience healing modalities to bring about a deep level of relaxation, balanced body-mind integration and healing.

I love taking classes at Bodysattva Healing Arts Center. I’ve had many great interactions with different instructors. They are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bodysattva provides all props and mats for you. They help melt away the stress from the rest of your life. I leave feeling more grounded and relaxed. I'm so glad I found Body Sattva! It is a smaller studio that is welcoming to all, feels like a community and the studio itself has a calmness to it which you don't get at the larger chain studios. They have a great selection of classes for all levels, props are available and all the instructors have been amazing! I just wish I had found this wonderful studio a long time ago!!!

I love this studio! I discovered it while staying in TO earlier this year and just love the full 360 wellness concept. I took several yoga classes and loved them all, I especially love the yin/restorative yoga (extra gentle yoga) and sound experiences with Deanna. I look forward to dropping in the next time I'm in town!

The yoga classes are great, I've been to different studios in the area and Bodysattva is by far the best. If you need a chiropractor I highly recommend Shana, she is very intuitive and knowledgeable

Bodysattva is a beautiful peaceful healing space. When I moved here a year ago, it was one of the first places I visited, and I was welcomed. I regularly take the extra gentle yoga class with Deanna, and its consistently a deep and rich experience. The group is a jolly bunch and Deanna herself gives space and wisdom for the body and mind to rest into grace.

What a great yoga studio. Classes are fantastic and the instructors are excellent. I used to go to a very large studio and this smaller space provides for more personalized instruction and classes that really meet my needs. A bonus is the other services provided at this location including chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and stretching (like stretch lab).

This is my favorite yoga studio on ClassPass and in the area! The instructors are knowledgeable and intuitive. One of the instructors Shana is also a chiropractor, which is an absolute bonus! After many yoga classes with this studio, I decided to explore the other services they have to offer. I feel better in my body. I can move better in my daily life which has improved my professional life as well. Highly recommend this studio!!!

I am so grateful for Bodysattva. In a sea of hot yoga studios, Bodysattva is (literally!) a breath of fresh air. The slow flow class is my favorite. The kind and knowledgeable teachers take their time to help with accommodations/adjustments to ensure proper alignment during each pose. It’s a class for everyone - from someone who is new to yoga to someone who has spent years on the mat. It’s a class that brings you back into your body and helps slow and focus your mind. I love the addition of meditation and breath work as well. I always leave feeling lighter in body and mind. And the positivity I feel after class influences the rest of my day. Take care of yourself and try a class here - you deserve it!

Dr. Shana Berger is an awesome chiropractor. I enjoyed the services from her over the last five years. She did not only provide the customized treatments which suit my situations but also gave great advices on how to make my body feel better from various aspects. Also want to mention all her office staff were very professional and helpful. Now I left TO but I hope I can visit Shana next time in the town.

I've tried several local studios and Bodysattva is my fave! The instructors are highly skilled, helpful, and creative and offer restorative to advanced classes. The studio is clean and comfortable and there are props galore. I love it!

I have been to many yoga studios for the last 30 years, rarely have I found one as inviting as bodhisattva. Whether in-person yoga, didgeridoo sound bath, or attending yoga virtually, I consider this my home and part of my spiritual practice. Additionally, I’ve engaged chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage services…and can highly recommend all of these as well. Dr. Berger has created truly a one-of-a-kind place for practice and healing!

Bodysattva is not just a yoga studio or chiropractic office with other services like massage…it’s a sanctuary where even the incredibly inflexible body feels welcome and part of a family. I’ve tried 3 different classes and loved them all and am hooked. Not to mention I’ve avoided chiropractic help for decades until I came to Shana! She is incredible. Can’t recommend enough, just don’t take my fav spot in the floor and we’ll be fast friends ;-)

Great chiropractor with awesome service. This place was recommended to me and I took a friend who was having some shoulder pain. The visit helped a tremendous amount in him recovering and it was enjoyable to be there. I definitely recommend Bodysattva if you are looking for a good chiropractor.

The Bodysattva Healing Arts Center is a hidden gem. Shana Berger has been my chiropractor for over 20 years. Her compassionate attention is something I have rarely found in other health care professionals. The yoga studio hosts smaller more personalized classes. Shana is also an excellent yoga teacher. I am so very grateful for this Center!
