I’ve been to quite a few Pilates/lagree studios now through class pass and Bold was by far the best. The instructor was great - very positive, actually corrected movements, and motivating. It was truly the hardest lagree class I’ve done (I’ve been to bodyrok, solidcore, and did a private Pilates class before). Would love to come back through class pass. The pricing for this studio is a bit higher than some others I’ve seen so I think I can only come through class pass for now!

I’ve been attending Lagree for 2 months and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the workouts and instructors. I came in after working out at the gym for the past 10 years I needed a change but I also got an injury from lifting and needed something low impact. For the past 2 years I had a pull on both my knees and pain on my hip. I would stretch but it’s wasn’t helping. A month after being consistent and taking the class at least 2-3x/week I’m free of that pull and pain. Thanks to the instructors for being so welcoming and asking if I had any injuries during my first few sessions. I’m so happy to have found lagree 💗

Started coming here a few months ago and I’m already seeing so much progress. It’s such a great workout that really pushes you mentally and physically. The instructors are all super friendly and knowledgeable and encouraging! Also, the classes are very reasonably priced in comparison to a lot of the other Pilates and body bar type classes. High recommend!

I began visiting the Berkeley studio in 2018 through ClassPass, and it quickly became my favorite workout and studio in the east bay! The workouts continue to challenge you, and the community is super fun and supportive. These classes remain the best way to start my day.

Bold is my absolute favorite place to workout! Full body workout in 50 min. There are classes for all levels including a basics class. The studio has such a great community vibe and hands down the best instructors!

Lagree is intense and definitely needs balancing muscles. The studio is spacious with maybe 10 machines? It’s clean and well maintained. Parking structure nearby is free for an hour. Instructors are friendly and helpful.

BOLD is hands down my favorite megaformer class in the east bay. Love how there 50 minutes and the instructors/routines are killer. You WILL be sore in all the right places ;)
