Bond is the most sweet and supportive space to be pushed and challenged. Every time that I go to a class, I know that I will sweat, laugh, be personally supported by the instructor, and leave feeling stronger and more capable than when I got there. The workouts are always epic, and the joy and encouragement that the instructors bring makes you want to show up as fully as you can. Since I started going a little over a year ago, I feel so much stronger, and much more confident in what my body is capable of.

This is the best overall fitness workout I have ever found. No matter your age or fitness level, each class has something to offer and challenge you. The community theme among the classes is motivating and makes you look forward to working out. The instructors are not only experienced but very hands on to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and to keep you engaged. Added bonus is the great music playlists. Bond fitness has been my go to for the best workout for many years. Highly recommend this for anyone beginning your fitness journey or if you are already advanced. The balance of strength training, cardio, core and more is the perfect routine to get fit and feel good.

this is the ***best workout*** / health membership I’ve ever had. I joined Bond in the fall and after a month trial I was hooked! I have been to dozens of fitness concepts over the years and nothing comes close to Bond. As a full time working mom I LOVE the flexibility with class times and that each day has a focus. It allows me to work, do stuff with my kids and find a class that fits my day. In addition, the positivity and support from the community is second to none.

As an added bonus I've dropped 8% body fat since joining! I did a dexa scan before and just two weeks ago.

Hands down the best workout in town. The only gym I’ve actually looked forward to going to because while the workouts are tough and will push you they’re also fun and you’re able to modify everything based on your abilities. I started coming to Bond 8 years ago after I had my 2nd child. Being a new mom, I was scared to try but was completely hooked after my first week of classes. It was everything I needed- great music, great energy, supportive teachers and a totally kick a$$ workout. The classes combine cardiovascular exercise with strength training, and every day is completely different. Over the years I have improved my form, increased my strength and can say I am in the best shape of my life. I have tried countless other gyms and trendy fitness programs but I will never leave Bond because the workout is hands down the best bang for your buck. Someone asked me why I like my gym recently and I said “it’s kind of like church, without the God/guilt” In all seriousness, I feel welcome every time I walk through those doors, whether I’ve been keeping on my routine or have fallen away and am just getting back into it. Instructors and members alike either remember me or make sure to find out my name and use it while I’m there. The sense of togetherness that is engendered through the novel work out challenges, willingness to pair up and work as a team, and just space to be one’s self is really unlike any other gym I’ve been apart of. Bond is about cultivating personal strength from a perspective of any movement is good movement. The journey of celebrating individuality while also embracing community is what makes Bond so special. The team is and has been for YEARS a solid, genuine group of trainers/humans that not only push you to be your best physically but also in your life outside the gym - how you show up for yourself and your community matters. I adore all the trainers and as an almost 50 year old gal - I feel strong, beautiful and comfortable in my body thanks to this place and the work that it's allowed me to do. And for those of you that don't think you are a "gym person," I get it! I hate gyms! I am a mountain biker, runner, surfer, etc. and always despised the gym. I also hated the "gotta have a perfect body to do hot yoga" vibe of some places. You HAVE a perfect body as is and this place just makes you feel worthy of that perfect body and grateful for the movement and power it has. Do yourself a favor and just go to one class, you will love it. You will feel energized, strong, worthy, part of something good for yourself and others, and also, it's really freaking fun - jokes, laughs, good vibe music. Feel seen at Bond. Feel worthy at Bond.

I have been a Bond Fitness member for over 7 years and highly recommend this workout program. I have never once taken the same class twice! The workouts are dynamic, and focus on different areas each day. The front desk staff always greats you with a smile, and answers any questions you may have. All of the trainers have their own way of teaching and motivating, which makes for a unique experience with each individual.

My favorite part about Bond is the community. They have seen me through my highest of highs, and lowest of lows, and I'm continually expected at each phase of life, just as I am. We support each other and show up for one another in all aspects of life. I would highly recommend this program to anyone at any age or fitness level. I have friends who are my age (late 30's), and some who are in their 40's, 50's 60's, 70's, and even 80's, who I am motivated by each day! What is unique about Bond is that it's a 50 minute workout class, that fits the needs of each person, no matter age or ability level! We get fit together and I feel lucky to be a member here.

Good program. Circuit training in a group setting which is a prettyotivating environment. Too hardcore for daily workouts and as far as I can tell no option for a decreased frequency plan so too expensive but I would expect to see good results from the program.

This is the BEST workout experience! Everyone at JSP is amazing. I have never met such a positive group of people. The workouts are great for any fitness level. All the trainers help me with modifications I need to make. I never feel judgment, only encouragement. And it is FUN. Come try a class! You won't regret it!

In short, Jenny Schatzle is not a noun: she is a VERB. Or more so a SYMBOL of that unbounded energy, enthusiasm, and outrageous determination that is typically pent up and constrained within each and every one of us. But then... Jenny comes along like some feisty, mythological, neon hot pink fairy that lands in the darkest and most vulnerable, fearful, locked up regions of our minds, shakes some magical hot pink fairy dust all over, and opens all these inner doors unbeknownst to us to unleash and illuminate all this positive, radiant energy.... Ah-wawawawawah---I see the light***!

Hence, on this premise of fluently speaking this powerful, yet mysterious Language of Motivation, Schatzle ultimately inspires us to induce radical changes in our lives, whether it be overhauls in fitness and nutrition, or more daunting makeovers in relationships, career pathways, or overall missions and meanings in life.

As a loud, rambunctious, yet personable provocateur, Schatzle uses fitness (dance) and nutrition as a core platform for inquiring and challenging all other facets of our lifestyles and lives. So, if it is appropriate to say this, Jenny seems to be a fitness and nutrition trainer, positive psychologist, spiritual motivator, life coach, and all-around kickxss cheerleader... for us pent-up folk--but hilariously bootcamp style!-- If I could give Jenny 6 stars like this: * * * * * *--I totally would, but Google won't let me.

It was truly a privilege to be Schatzled today at the Women's Economic Ventures (WEV) Saturday session, and it will be a delight to watch Jenny's venture grow in a meaningful way for improving the morale our local Santa Barbara community. I have been with Jenny's Program for the last 5 years and cant say enough good things about it. Not only is her program amazing, but it challenges everyone at their OWN level. Everyone is everyones cheerleader and it doesn't matter how fast you go, what you look like, how much you can lift, it is all ABOUT DOING THE BEST YOU CAN. Jenny and her team are there everyday helping and encouraging every step of the way!.

When you join her program you are not only joining a life changing experience, you are joining the ENTIRE Jenny Schatzle Program family. From the trainers to everyone who is working out together it is an AMAZING feeling to be apart of something that will encourage you not to make the change for a day but a change for life. Being the best I can be and WANTING TO GO TO THE GYM is the BEST part of my day!

Oh and did I forget to tell you it is like a dance party in there everyday with the Jenny Schatzle team's fun choice of music.. what out you might just see Jenny bust a move or two.
