Bootea Flow Yoga Studio has completely changed the way I practice. Tyng, the owner and instructor, is incredible. Her teaching style is both grounding and inspiring. I’ve loved exploring both Aerial Yoga and Ashtanga here, and each class leaves me feeling like I’ve learned and accomplished something. I also love that she offers kids’ yoga classes for when my kids want to join me. The studio is welcoming and beautiful, and you can tell Tyng has poured her heart into creating this space. I highly recommend this little gem!

Cool aero yoga class, the fabric was clean and instructor was pleasant. Had a really great stretch.
The facility itself feels very cluttered, and messy.

I have been consistently coming to this studio for 2 years. I started to come here for aerial yoga classes and got introduced to Ashtanga, and now I am the biggest Ashtanga advocate although I am still a newbie in Ashtanga. My shoulder and neck were so sore from bad posture and long sitting before, and Ashtanga changed my life. I know many people will be scared by those crazy poses, but Tyng told me just do whatever I am capable of and I listened. I just keep going twice a week for ashtanga, so many poses just magically happened, and I am now just a healthier person. Plus, I just love everyone I met here, either students or instructors. It is not just a random studio, it is my community now.

I’ve taken a couple classes here now, yoga and Pilates, and really enjoy both the instruction and the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

just discovered this adorable yoga studio, and it’s already stolen my heart! Instructor Jessica was the perfect scattered, wonderful, warm Type B personality I needed on a Friday morning—so sweet and welcoming. After being out of practice, I felt right at home thanks to her lighthearted approach. The regular members were super friendly too! I tried ariel tissue class, which was an amazing workout with just the right balance of stretching and relaxation. The cherry on top? The owner walked in with the cutest pup, making it feel like visiting a friend’s place. Can’t wait to come back!

This yoga studio has been my second home over the last year and a half. Everyone here is so genuine and down to earth. I always feel comfortable being myself and being present just as I am. Since joining this yoga studio, I have learned how to do headstands, backbends and crow pose, things I never thought I'd be able to do in my life. The instructors are all incredible. I love the smaller class sizes and extra hands on adjustments that you get here compared to most yoga studios. They have extra yoga mats in case you forget yours. Parking is a breeze too which always helps!

I've moved around a lot over the years and have been to many different yoga studios. Bootea Flow is one of my top choices!
Studio is cozy and welcoming as soon as you walk in.
Instructors are friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Classes are intimate (you get gentle adjustments), pleasant, and you'll learn something new, and deepen what you already know every time.
There are a great variety of classes to choose from: ashtanga, aerial fitness, yin, sound bath, restorative on mat and aerial, etc. The mindbody app is convenient to use.
On top of that, the studio sell yoga gear, bread from Duke Bakery, which is delicious and healthy, tea and tshirts.
Highly recommend this place as your regular practice place.

I love Tyng Chiu as an instructor, she was really nice and helped me with the postures. This is my first time with Areal Flow Yoga. Flexing my body felt great. Maybe it's because it's the first time I've tried it, but sometimes I felt dizzy and stopped at that time. When I felt good, I went back and followed her guidance. It was a good experience for about 60 minutes, but I think my body was having trouble. I highly recommend it to anyone who has no trouble hanging upside down. You will feel the flexibility immediately.

This is a great yoga studio!
They use the Mindbody app for class bookings which makes it easy and convenient to sign up for a class.
The instructors are all super friendly and they meet you at the level that you're at.
You could try a mat class or a class that uses mat and hammock. They have low and high hammock classes so you can try different ways of using it.
Really love all the super nice and genuine people.

finally there’s a aerial yoga studio open in this area! Walk by and thought it’s like some kind of tea shop until I saw the hammock and there’s a flyer outside of the windows. Looks pretty new and nice place, might come visit this yoga studio next time.

The moment you walk through the door a feeling of belonging starts. Not only is the aesthetics welcoming but the vibe of the teachers AND fellow students is on point. If you have been searching for a studio to get back into practice or to even just start. This is your studio!
I have always wanted to try Areal but never felt comfortable enough. I had taken classes with Tyng Tyng prior to pandemic and just loved her. She would get down teaching classes 8 months prego! Way impressive. When I saw she was teaching Areal I signed up asap. And truthfully.. IT WAS MORE FUN THEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE!!
Take a chance on yourself and come to this studio!

As a person who is new to aerial yoga, the team here made me feel so welcome. They helped those of us who weren’t comfortable advancing the moves quite yet with modifications. Plus, the ambiance is so warm & inviting! Yoga & tea? I can’t think of a better combo.

Tea and yoga. Yoga and tea. Most importantly, the classes here are authentically GOOD! Best yoga experience for me so far. My lower back literally thanked me after the aerial session. Book your classes on Mindbody now.
