I’ve been coming to Boppilates for over two years now, and I can honestly say it has completely transformed not just my body, but my mind and soul as well. Every single instructor here is truly amazing — so knowledgeable, encouraging, and uplifting. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, centered, and inspired. They push you in the best way, and their energy makes you want to keep coming back.

Beyond the workouts, what makes this place so special is the community. It’s such a positive, welcoming environment where you feel supported the moment you walk in. Boppilates has become my happy place, and I’m so grateful for everything it has brought into my life.

If you’re looking for more than just a workout, but a space that truly nurtures your growth inside and out, this is it!

Not every Pilates studio is the same and that is why I write this review with honesty. The class was not challenging with light springs only. I added more but got the heavier one removed since I understand: that was the instruction to use only light. But still why be an instructor who is going to restrict for higher intensity? Personally that was kind of rude.. The concept of the treadmill was not ideal because it takes away from the reformer. I just don’t think it was worth it since I like to be challenged. This was a 5am class for reference.

I’ve been taking classes for over 1 year now and love this studio. No other studio compares! They use reformers for resistance training and stretching. Each class you use the runners for additional aerobic exercise which helps challenge your body’s capability in balance and pace on a treadmill that only operates with your own movement.
Unlike other Pilates studios that have different levels of classes, the classes at Boppilates are all inclusive and offer more challenge in each exercise (where it is safe). Each instructor puts the clients safety first which is why they will always start with warmups on lighter springs, and then change the springs to a heavier resistance when appropriate because if you’re a true Pilates Princess you know form is most important, not how heavy of a spring you use.

What also love and appreciate is that the studio offers Pilates & Stretch classes on Saturday mornings. Stretching is incredibly important when resistance training and to keep our muscles and joints agile and healthy. While the pace is slow, the stretches can be challenging because (again) the focus is on form, not haste, and deep stretching.

There are a few more instructors from when I first started and they all deliver exceptional classes. I’ve really enjoyed Madi’s classes and flow. If you are new they are very generous with assisting through setups and equipment; And for Pilates pros, they will offer advanced options. It helps to take more than one class to get the swing of things and arrive early to discuss either modifications or interest in challenging options to get the most out of the class. Every instructor is always interested in knowing how the class felt and any thing people loved/disliked. The instructors are also very kind and welcoming. There is a comment mentioning otherwise and that could not be farthest from the truth.
The owners Patty & Alaina are amazing humans with such a passion for women’s health through Pilates. They each teach classes and are empowering and encouraging. It’s difficult to be a new person in a studio or gym and feel welcomed and part of a community - but Alaina & Patty do a wonderful job!
I’m a firm believer of ‘you get what you put in’ and many clients come to class knowing we will be shaking, sweaty, and sore. It’s one of the best ways to exercise and is great for any age and body type. Once you start, you’ll never want to stop. Get a membership and don’t look back. It’s absolutely worth it!

I can’t say enough good things about this Pilates studio! From day one, everyone has been incredibly supportive and welcoming. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also extremely attentive to individual needs.

These classes will definitely leave you breaking a sweat! The workouts are expertly designed to target the entire body, so I always leave feeling challenged yet balanced.

A standout feature is the inclusion of assault runners, which burn nearly twice the calories of a traditional treadmill, a total game changer for both body and mind!

I highly recommend BOPPILATES, the community here is incredible everyone is so kind, welcoming, and supportive. The people truly make this studio special.

The class is okay, owners are definitely snobby and unwelcoming. I don’t recommend.
