I started seeing Mark in the Summer of 2024. I was hesitate at first since I have always depended on myself to get to the gym and go for runs. However, my life schedule has changed with kids and work, and getting an exercise/workout in before work is important for the health of my life. Mark has transformed my mornings now with his workout regime. I feel my body strength has increased since going to Mark and it allows me to supplement my other workout schedules throughout the week. He is amazing to work with and worth every penny. I look forward to my mornings with Mark because it helps set the tone for my work life balance.

One of the best decisions I have made recently was contacting Mark Boscarino and booking personal training sessions with him! A friend had recommended him a few years earlier and I had procrastinated about contacting him. But I’m so glad I finally made that call. As a newcomer to a gym environment I was worried I would be out of my element and also worried about injuring myself, but Mark took time to assess where I was physically and tailor workouts appropriate for me. He saw where I was, where I wanted to go and devised challenging, but achievable goals. These are not cookie cutter workouts, but specific to my level and personal physical issues. And he always remembers what those issues are without me having to remind him. Mark is positive, encouraging, kind and a good listener. He is an especially good motivator and “pushes” me just the right amount to challenge and help me move beyond what I thought I would be able to do. Our sessions fly by! He gives excellent instruction and watches closely to make sure I am in the right form and doing things correctly. I have increased strength and stamina and could not be happier with the results. You should consider Mark if you want a great trainer who inspires!!

We have been working with Mark (BoscarinoFitness) for over 4 years. My husband and I both work out separately with Mark and we both have seen excellent results. My goal was to improve my strength, balance and flexibility and after regular training I am so happy to feel on "top of the world" with my body and posture. Mark gives me a great workout everytime I go, he is prompt, consistent and very mindful of how I am feeling with my body.
I have worked with so many trainers in my life but I can honestly say Mark has had the bigggest impact on my posture and strength. Thank you Mark.

I have a been a client of Mark's for almost a year; I came to him with a specific goal to get my upper body toned for my wedding; not only did he help me sculpt my dream arms and back for my wedding dress, but he's made me a stronger, faster, leaner athlete through our weekly strength training sessions. Every week he pushes me to my limit with new and challenging exercises that help me excel in my sports (running and cycling) and remain injury free. As an endurance athlete who has been plagued with injuries the past few years, I have been running pain-free since I began working with Mark. Thank you Mark!

UPDATE: I've now been training with Mark twice a week, for almost three years~! I enjoy his programming and support. I have surpassed my fitness goals and continue to get stronger and feel better! Mark is a solid dude, and I could not be happier with the results I'm realizing.

I came to Mark, looking to get back into weight training and back into shape... I've been working with Mark two times per week, for nearly four months now... his coaching has shown me great results. Even when not 1 on 1, he provides me with great exercise plans, and encouragement. While I'm currently in my mid-30's, I'm feeling like I'm 21 again! I'm in the best shape of my life, thanks to Mark showing me the way. Can't wait to see what results may bring in another 4 months!

Not only have I seen great results, but I feel better too. Having had chronic lower back pain for many years, Mark has helped me to strengthen weak lower back muscles, which has drastically reduced the frequency in which I experience pain.

I’ve been working with Mark for about two years now and he has been a lifesaver. I have a background in the fitness industry, so I am really picky when looking for a trainer. I also deal with fairly severe autoimmune issues, so with the combination of the meds (adding extra weight) and flares of my condition (i.e. a lot of sick days and extreme fatigue) for several years it was really hard to stay motivated on the rare healthy days. I really needed a trainer to get me back on track. Mark’s expertise is just really phenomenal – it took awhile for my health to get better, however whenever I was able to workout, he knew exactly how to get me moving in a way that built my strength without overdoing it. And then when I was on a good, consistent health track, he knew exactly how to push me so that I could make progress during my good days and keep improving my fitness level.

Thankfully good days are a norm now – I’m back to being able to workout 5+ times a week, with just occasional bad health days, and I really have Mark to thank for it. I believe working out whenever you can, even if it’s just a little bit to start. It really adds up and can lead you to a stronger, healthier, more vibrant life. We all need a push sometimes, and finding the right trainer is such a good investment – it’s a huge help to have someone help you reach your goals in a way that’s tailored to you. Mark has helped me push through and find my motivation again, and I look forward to whatever new challenges he throws my way! I highly recommend Mark – he’s not only an expert at what he does, he’s also super nice, a phenomenal coach and you’ll enjoy your sessions!

Mark was the best thing to happen to me last year! Working out with him inspired and encouraged me to work hard and appreciate the benefits of exercise and strength training. I have back issues and am in my 60's so I was reluctant to work out with a trainer who might push me to do things that would injure me. Mark's workouts were effective, challenging and always took into consideration where my body was on that particular day. I always left our sessions feeling 100% better than when I'd walked in. He is calm, clear, focused on your goals, encouraging, and knowledgeable. His workouts were varied and interesting. I HIGHLY recommend Mark as a trainer!

I have been a “gym rat” for many years, but always did my own thing until I met Mark. He has been my trainer for over 10 years. Working out with him as my personal trainer has been extremely rewarding. He has improved my strength, balance, endurance, flexibility. I often try to mimic a comparable workout on my own, but it just doesn’t have the same degree of intensity and focus. My goals have been to use what I gain from Mark’s workouts in “real life” activity, which includes hiking, downhill skiing, kayaking, bicycling, etc. Life is more satisfying knowing I can continue to enjoy these activities with confidence. Working out with Mark as a trainer also provides that bit of “peer pressure” to maximize effort. He will adapt to your needs, as has been necessary through minor injuries and recovery from surgery. If you are considering working with Mark, I say “Just Do It!”

I was looking to take my running up a notch after what felt like a plateau in my time for road races. For past races I had either trained solo or with a large group so I was unsure of one on one training. Mark had me set a goal time for a half marathon: run under 2 hours. That goal was achieved because of him. His encouragement, patience, and guidance resulted in one of my best races to date. I highly recommend Boscarino Fitness.

I’ve been a client of Mark’s for roughly 10 years now and can confidently say that Boscarino Fitness is the best. Mark keeps me active and in good shape, helped me work back from a shoulder injury, and tailored my workouts to better prepare me for high school/college sports teams that I participated in before graduating. Overall, an incredibly positive experience; Mark will keep you moving and make sure you’re getting the most of your hour together. Also, a really nice gym and tightly-knit group of trainers. Highly recommend!
