Best neighborhood open gym to work out! Kevin was our coach 10 years ago at the CrossFit gym we used to go to, and we’re so glad he opened Boundless right here in our neighborhood. He’s not only a great coach, he also emphasizes nutrition along with workouts. This is an awesome place to work out and hang out with our health conscious tribe. My husband and I have finally gotten consistent with our workout routine, thanks to Boundless 🙌🔥

Boundless has quickly become my home away from home. Throughout my time training with Coach Kevin, I’ve built endurance, stamina, strength and overall mindfulness of my body. He’s excellent at meeting you where you are in your health journey and pushing you to grow. Lastly, the location is so perfect and convenient for Irvine residents!

I don’t even know how to start explaining how Boundless changed my life. It has had a tremendous impact on my lifestyle. When I started Boundless a year ago, I did not have any experience lifting weights. I was so intimidated by it that the thought of working out with weights terrified me. But it all changed after taking my first free class. Coach Kevin is so welcoming and he made sure to listen to my concerns, such as hurting my back. He told me in detail how to scale a workout and supervised me during the workout. Also, the Boundless community made me feel so comfortable and accepted regardless of my experience. I now can say that even though I don’t lift too heavy, I’m a lot more confident that I will get there. I have improved so much within a year because of the reminder that consistency is the key to improving. I wouldn’t be able to do this if it wasn’t for Coach Kevin, who is passionate about what he does and is very patient with us. I would definitely recommend Boundless to anybody who wants to really improve physically, mentally, and overall health!

I can't recommend Boundless gym enough. I love how its accessible for all ages and fitness levels. I always scale the workouts if I have any pain or mobility limitations but everyone really encourages you to challenge and push yourself. I have definitely surprised myself in what Im capable of and I definitely wouldnt even tried that weight or that movement if Coach Kevin and the other members hadn't encouraged me to. No egos, its just a great community of peers trying to improve themselves.
The value of the cost is unbeatable, especially considering the access to nutrition consulting and nutrition challenges led by Coach Kevin. His expertise, knowledge and support were invaluable in helping me reach my health goals. Through the nutrition challenge (that was tailored to what was feasible and manageable for me), I was able to lose almost 20lbs in 3 months. Coach Kevin balances fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing and it really translated to results for me.
I also live in the Great Park and its super convenient to go to Boundless right down the street. I love that I have an instructor led gym right in my backyard so I really have no excuse to just get out there and move for an hour. Its really improved my mental and physical health. I just cant say enough good things about Boundless. Def well worth it.

Boundless has had a profound impact on my health and overall happiness. Coach Kevin is an incredibly caring and motivating person, and he has built a community where Boundless members can form friendships while training and pushing each other in a supportive environment.
Let me start with the impact on my health. When I first joined Boundless, I was about 220 pounds, sluggish and had trouble sleeping. Now, I am about 195 pounds with better body composition, I feel more energized and I’m sleeping better. More importantly, I am more conscious about my commitment to being active and about the things I put in my body. Coach Kevin preaches the importance of consistency, and the message has been ingrained in me. The more consistent I was in attending classes, the better the results and the more I enjoyed going to class, which is what makes it sustainable for me. Going to class and training with my wife and other Boundless members who have become friends is one of the highlights of my day. And Coach Kevin programs all the classes, so all you have to do is show up!
Coach Kevin also has periodic nutrition challenges for Boundless Members. During my inaugural challenge, I began to appreciate the impact that alcohol and snacking were having on my body. During my first challenge, I implemented intermittent fasting (I only ate in intervals of 8 consecutive hours per day) and I stopped drinking alcohol. The impact from implementing those two behaviors had a SIGNIFICANT impact on my weight (it went down), my energy levels (they went up) and my sleep (I slept better). I also learned just how detrimental snacking is to achieving my nutritional goals, so I began to snack less.
I would recommend Boundless to everyone. Coach Kevin designs workouts that can be scaled to anyone’s specific fitness level, and the community you would be joining is very supportive. Since joining Boundless, I feel like I have become a happier person not only because I have made improvements to health and fitness levels, but also because I have become part of a community.

Boundless is a great gym! I have been to several gyms and group exercise classes and Boundless is by far the best!
Coach Kevin creates great workouts and has built a great community. The classes are outdoor. It's nice so you can get some fresh air.
If you have any issues like back pain, Coach Kevin is very mindful and will give you an alternative exercise that is safe for you but you can still participate and exercise.
Coach Kevin also occasionally creates challenges for those who decide to participate and the results you get are awesome! Without the challenges, the workouts alone help achieve awesome results.
If you have been looking or creepin on what group exercise class to start, I highly recommend Boundless and Coach Kevin!
Joining Boundless has been our best decision this year!

i am forever greatful that i found boundless. being a new parent i didn't feel like myself and so i looked for a local gym to get back into shape but instead found a fitness community. coach kevin is so welcoming and is always willing to answer and discuss any fitness/nutrition questions. the members are all very friendly and inviting. everyone made me feel like i belonged. the workouts are engaging and challenging... a blend of cardio, hiit, strength training and crossfit - so fun! i really encourage everyone to give it a try. you won't regret it!

My experience at Boundless has been INCREDIBLE! I had amazing results from a one month team Nutrition Challenge. I lost 6.3% Body Fat and gained 5.9% muscle mass.
Coach Kevin is very knowledgeable, patient, and has helped me to achieve my fitness goals and dreams even at age 55. After just four weeks of an 8-week personalized strength programming, I’ve gotten so much stronger, hit PRs week after week lifting 20-90 lbs heavier for Bench Press, Back Squat, and Deadlift. I did my first ever Pull Up for few sets two weeks ago then did 2 Pull Ups in a row last week!
Looking forward to continuing to see improvement in my training with Boundless for many more years.

After the first rendezvous with barbells and running, I thought my lungs and limbs were plotting a rebellion against me! Day after day, week after week I'd lay on the floor after each workout wondering how I was still alive... But Kevin, with his infectious enthusiasm and relentless support, turned my struggles into strides, and my pains into gains. Fast-forward to February 2023, Kevin drops a Diet Challenge – no pressure, just a gentle nudge to cultivate healthy habits. The challenge was like choosing your adventure – caloric deficit, macro tracking, going paleo, ditching sweets – a versatile palette of wellness! I dove headfirst, embracing the caloric deficit and macro tracking adventure, ending up losing weight and learning to eat mindfully.
My journey at Boundless has been transformative, seeing me shed around 20lbs and reduce my body fat by 3%. While the numbers are certainly compelling, they barely scratch the surface of the true value I’ve found here. It's a place where both my body and mind have found a rejuvenated sense of well-being. Boundless = Transforms mind, body and spirit!
Joining the Boundless Family was one of the best decisions I made once moving to Irvine. I would always see the group working out and, quite honestly, I was terrified to even try a session.
Two years later I tried! And I keep going ;).
The motivation I receive in every session has no comparison and I truly see positive results. The sessions allow me to just focus on me (and pushing myself) and the results speak for themselves! My abilities during these sessions surprise me!!!
I have worked out in many different settings, whether it be gyms, private sessions, etc and I can say Boundless is my FAVORITE!!! The team spirit is really remarkable and what drives me to continue showing up.
Coach Kevin built a real community in Great Park for all ages and skill levels. I truly enjoy being surrounded by this group of people and always look forward to meeting new members.

I’ve been regularly attending Boundless and Coach Kevin has been extremely helpful in my fitness journey. Coach Kevin and the other members are very welcoming and encouraging throughout the whole class. Classes are held outdoors at The Pools Park in the Great Park Neighborhood. They are suitable for every person regardless of your fitness experience as each movement can be scaled to your likeness. I used to be a ‘cardio only’ person with little to no experience in strength training. Coach Kevin effectively teaches the movements in order to learn the proper technique and to avoid injury/bad habits.
Overall, if you’re looking for a supportive workout community or just need to sweat, Boundless is highly recommended!

I'm beyond grateful for the Boundless community! Everyone is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and motivating. Coach Kevin thoroughly breaks down the workouts and techniques for each movement and always has multiple modifications or scaling options to recommend depending on ability or preference. Never thought I'd enjoy the barbell workouts as much as I do now (especially deadlifts and power cleans!), all thanks to Boundless. I was visiting the area and saw this outdoor gym and had to try it out! Kevin is an amazing coach and I enjoyed the mindfulness before the workout. He was very professional, insightful, helpful and attentive. He made me feel welcome and if I didn't have to travel back to Canada I would have attended more classes. I recently joined and already love it. Kevin is a calm and positive presence. He is a wonderful instructor and makes sure to correct your form if needed. The class format starts with meditation, followed by yoga then workout. So far the workouts focus on strength with some cardio. All of this takes place outdoors and the equipment is wiped down at the end. I’m happy to have found a gym in my new neighborhood.

I have worked out regularly at a traditional gym for years, but Boundless and Coach Kevin have really taken my physical and mental fitness to another level! His perfectly crafted formula of meditation, yoga, then WOD is exactly what I needed. I appreciate that he understands what a person truly needs to be healthy. I wish there was a way to take a before and after picture of my brain since I started Boundless over 2 months ago because it has changed tremendously. For years this is something, I’ve never really paid attention to because I thought it was enough to release all my stress with a crazy workout.
I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2014 & have been accustomed to intense warm ups and workouts (which most of time gave me that nauseated nervous feeling before coming in). For years, I pushed myself beyond my limits and thought it was good enough. But I knew in my heart, there was something big missing. One of the major realization and learnings I had during this pandemic is how important mental health is. And Boundless has truly provided me the head space and clarity that I badly needed. I no longer feel anxious or nervous about attending a class because I know, I won’t be greeted with some gnarly warm up. Rather, we start with meditation where I’m able to shut all the head noise, calm my nerves and give me that peace of mind. And then transition to yoga (which in the beginning was my least favorite), but have come to appreciate and enjoy because I’ve become more flexible (that I never knew was possible). The 3rd/last part of your 1 hour is the strength and conditioning. Such a variety of work outs, and will be adjusted accordingly to your performance/comfort level. It’s truly a whole new level of fitness of the mind + body + overall well being! Coach Kevin has made such an impact in our lives. He doesn’t just focus on the amount of weight you can do, but how to do it properly and safely. We’ve also had countless of chats after class on life & stressors. Without judgement, he listened and has shed new light/perspective to it & brought us peace in our hearts. He is not only our coach, but now a confidant & life time friend. Beyond excited for this journey because now I get to share this awesome experience with my husband and daughter (who have also joined me). We feel truly blessed to be part of this amazing community. BEST MOBILE GYM!! I have had several trainers in the past - one on one coaching, online coaching, other mobile gyms and this is, by far, my favorite! Kevin's approach to health using meditation and yoga before lifting is the perfect way to get you into your body and ready to workout. He emphasizes technique which is often overlooked with other trainers and pushes you to do your best, but also encourages you to listen to your body. Highly recommend trying!!
