Mark was super helpful in achieving my fitness goals! I loved the way he walked me through each step of the routine, explained clearly what muscle groups each exercise targeted, and always had such a positive personality each class. I found each session to be just the right amount of challenging, and I appreciated how Mark encouraged me to push myself. I’ve been training with Mark Bransky in Pleasanton since March 2025 and have just renewed for another round because of the real progress I’ve made. Mark’s one-on-one coaching strikes the perfect balance between practical workouts and understanding the “why” behind what we’re doing. He explains things clearly, keeps the sessions focused, and adjusts as needed to match my goals.
The gym is clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out, which makes every session efficient. I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my strength, technique, and overall confidence since working with him.

I can't recommend Mark enough! After taking a break from lifting weights due to arthritis, I was nervous about getting back into it, but he made the process so much easier. His deep knowledge of both fitness and injury prevention has been invaluable as I navigate working out safely with my conditions. He has a unique ability to make each session challenging but enjoyable, and I always feel supported. I’m not only becoming more confident in my body, but I also feel stronger every session. When I first started with Mark at the end of June 2024, I had three specific goals: improving my mobility since I have knee arthritis in both knees, flexibility, and strength. Weight loss would be a plus, but it was not my primary goal because I knew it would come if I gained some traction in my first three goals. I have to say that I’ve achieved all three goals and have gone down a pants size. I can now move a thousand times better than previously, and folks at work and my family have noticed and commented. I feel stronger and better in my body and can lift things easily that I previously could not do. All of this did not happen overnight, and I dedicate two sessions a week, which is an investment of money and time, but since this is my life and it’s improved so greatly, it’s hard to say that it isn’t worth it. I only wish I found Mark sooner. Besides leading me to my goals, Mark's easy nature and positive attitude have made heading to the gym a joy.

I have been training with Mark for the past 8 months, and it has been a positive experience. I only started with Mark in last two months, my primary goal is to gain more strength.
I already feeling that I am progressing to my goal very quickly, that is 100% due to Mark’s ability to closely monitor and guide me through small tweaks and corrections on my posture and movements. I have trained with Mark for over a year now and have no intention of stopping.

Worked out with Mark for about five months. I gained strength and knowledge to improve my form. Workouts always felt like they flew by and he answered all of my questions without any hesitation or judgement. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and really wants his clients to excel. I didn’t work out at all during covid and always felt tired and weak. After working out with Mark , I could feel and see a big difference in my energy levels and strength. The exercises progressed without injuries, pain or discomfort. Getting a trainer is one of the best things I’ve done for myself. I had a lot of difficulty getting back to my workouts after shoulder surgery. My PT gave me standard exercises and didn’t really give me the attention I needed. Mark had me do a couple movement assessments and told me what the problem was. His workouts were based on the assessments, and it made me feel sooooo much better. He always takes the time to tell me the “why” behind the exercises which make me feel more confident. Finally, a trainer that knows what he’s doing! Mark is amazing. Seriously.

One of the best decisions I made was going to Mark. I had developed shoulder and back pain from my workouts. It was terrible because not only was I plateaued, but it always hurt more after. Other trainers I worked with were not helpful. They never described my problem and I always felt like they were making stuff up.
Mark was able to tell me about my muscle imbalances and simple ways to correct my issue. It was amazing. Out of pain that day and my lifts went up. Mark is really attentive to technique and was always able to give me alternative movements if something felt funky. We accomplished so much over the last few years I’m excited to see what’s next!
