I love Bree’s training sessions. She is diligent and detail-oriented, helping with minor adjustments that make a BIG difference. She never lets you give up on yourself and will push you to reach your fitness goals. She also has great music and will pull out a move every now and then if you ask her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I'm giving Bree Norton Fitness the 5 stars since Google does not allow 10 stars.
A short few months of my fitness journey at "Bree Norton Fitness" is nothing but an amazing experience since day 1.
I was taking group classes at a boutique studio in San Diego where Bree’s an instructor. Her classes always jived with me, & my workout goals. Bree challenged me and everyone in the class that we can lift heavy and unleash our optimum strength and the goals.
When Bree, in February of this year, launched "Bree Norton Fitness" in Del Mar providing personal training, it was a no-brainer for me to sign up. Little that I knew at that time was this would be so good. I met her at a casual coffee shop and we talked about my personal fitness goals, and every small and big question. The 1st session was an assessment. Needless to say, the facility where Bree provided the training is a super state of the art fitness facility. It is not crowded ever and everyone there is to help each other, its a community and "Bree Norton Fitness" is an integral part of that amazing community.
Based on the assessment, Bree had a program developed for me for the next few weeks. Additionally, she was continuously guiding me how to up my protein, water intake as well as eat right and clean. All of this guidance and the workout program developed by Bree has done wonders to me.
After one program ended, she had the next one ready, which i'm currently on and will end soon. and then can't wait for the next program.
I've always been working out at the boutique fitness studios for a long time. I must say that since joining "Bree Norton Fitness" Bree has taught me the right/effective ways to do an exercise and has taught me the importance of tempo and time under tension.
NOW I apply these learnings to my group training classes.
Its so far a short personal training journey for me but it is a life long one.
I can't end the review by not saying that Bree is just an amazing human, she is very knowledgeable, she understands clients and their goals very well and is very good at heart.
She trains herself very hard too and is a true example of how things gets done.

I am so glad I started my fitness journey with Bree! I can’t believe the progress I have made since I started training with her, both physically and mentally. I was stuck in my comfort zone of reaching for the 5 and 10 pound weights, and Bree showed me that I can do so much more! She customized my program and genuinely listened to my concerns. Whenever my trapezius muscle flared up (mostly from stress) she would make adjustments to whatever exercise I was doing. Bree is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and muscle development, but does not over complicate the workouts or diet (which was perfect for a beginner like myself!). I never felt restricted or pressured, but at the same time I felt encouraged to be the best version of myself. I lost body fat and gained muscle since working with Bree; I will definitely be booking more sessions!
