I highly recommend Briana. She pushes you to your limit, but she is also careful about what you're able to do, and still gets a sweat out of you. I began weight training with her this year. My muscles never felt this fully developed. It's inspiring and exciting to see my body and health transformation thanks to her. She works with your schedule and is early too to start your day right.

I don’t usually write a review, but Bri deserved it very much. At first when I was looking for a trainer, many people just right away jump on giving me advice that works for them and implement it to me. However, it almost always doesn’t work or my body react differently. The one day I drop by and trained with Bri, I felt amazing, I truly can tell that she cares about her client. She even took time to get to know me, ask me about any injuries or pain I currently have (which I do have sciatica and my lower back is weak). You can tell that she is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. If you are looking for a trainer, I will 110 percent suggest Bri. I cannot wait to be able to take her class again when I’m in the area.

I worked with Bri for over a year and it was the best experience! She is so knowledgeable and patient while also pushing you to be the best version of yourself. I tried the 2x/week and 3x/week and for me the 3x/week showed the best results! I definitely recommend working with her!

Went to bri after years of not going to the gym and not knowing where to begin again. She taught me how to eat right, set a schedule, and target my muscles! After working with her I got the confidence I needed and learned what i needed to know to go back to the gym stronger than ever. If it weren't for the distance I would have loved to continue training with her. Not only is she knowledgable, she is also very easy and fun to talk to and I always enjoyed my sessions with her! Overall a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to find a trainer:)
